We came in for lunch. Both ordering burgers. The bacon rancher I ordered. It was delicious. The fries are always "on point" for those from today's generation.They had a nice selection of hockey and basketball on the TV. Our server Andre was an amazing guy. Very friendly. Its not offen I have a server who does more than just give me food and take my order, conversation and personality are why I like eating out.Chili's is hard to ignore as a nice little chain. They outlasted most of the Sizzlers for a reason.Will be back for hockey and fries any night of the week.
Wow! This place is a mess. The service is deplorable. Sat waiting for my server to even greet me. She passed me by a few times didn't even acknowledge me lol. Then when I asked the hostess for a drink while I waited for my other guests to arrive she asked the bartender to get it. She didn't say hi or greet me either, however she did get my Heineken...$7.16 for a bottle of Heineken lol. She said you are welcome when I thanked her so that's nice. The server told me that there are only two servers on instead of saying hello. In other words her first words were an excuse for her terrible service.I fully understand being short staffed. Not being kind and explaining or even saying hello before you offer excuses really isn't cutting it. No one here cares until they can get to you then it's ridiculous how one is treated. Almost like they are doing you a favor to give this service and over charge for things like a bottle of beer. I can buy a six pack for the same price as one beer here.No manager has come to wonder why I am not going to eat here or why I cancelled the rest of my guests We won't be coming back here. Now I'm upset
I'm a huge fan of Chili's. It's one of my favorite restaurants that offers consistently great food and good prices like the $9 lunch combos.My most recent visit was troubling because they charged me extra for refills on my salsa (when I ordered chips and salsa as an appetizer).But other than that, yeah, I like this location. Great people, good prices, delicious food and a pleasant environment.
Worst chilis I have ever been at. Took forever to get service. Got drinks and took forever for our order to be taken. Get my side salad- the cucumbers were disgusting. Pushed that to the side. Got my burger and it wasn’t done at all yet my boyfriend’s was perfect. Sent that back and when I got it back it looks like the same burger that I sent back- doesn’t look like a fresh burger. Doesn’t help that they say they “cut it open” to make sure it was done. Like the whole burger bun and all was cut- if it was a fresh patty then why not just cut the patty? Why cut the whole thing open? So i highly doubt it is fresh. The last straw was the fact that I ordered coke and on my last refill the waiter decided that he’d give me Dr Pepper. Got a box and left. Just plain horrible service. Pretty sure we was over charged too but I didn’t pay or look at the receipt myself.
I got Refused to be serviced at this Chilli’s because don’t want to take more customers because their are busy. They didn’t even offer waiting time for me. I see available tables I could have waited if they even offered me a table. I’m professional Manager. There is a lot of people deserve this job more than you.
Went to grab dinner at Chili’s after work since they close at 10. We arrived to the location and went to follow another gentlemen through the door but forgot something in the car. When heading back to the door we were met by the manager of location. She asked if we were trying to eat and we said yes she then responded with we are closing. Then added like the sign said. And taps a piece of printer paper hardly legible in the dark through the window. She then began to argue with the person I was with over him saying that was rude there was no need to be insulting and treat us like idiots because we didn’t see a poorly placed sign that goes against their normal hours.
The waitress I had was fantastic. She stayed on top of things very well. The food was excellent. All around it was a good time.
This was the first time in a long time that I have been here. I came to lunch with some of my work friends. It was the first time we have been able to get together since Covid. It has been over two years. Everything was delicious and we had so much fun.
Brooky was incredible. She mixes the finest freshest and tastiest award winning margaritas around. Also I took her recommendation and ordered the southwest egg rolls and boy did those make my eggs roll haha.
This Chili's location is TERRIBLE!!! The last three times I was there, I ordered a Cheeseburger, medium well. Every time, they give me a burnt dried up burger! Each time they said they will give me another one, well each time they brought me another one, it was just as bad as the last one, if not worse!! Today I ordered one again, in hopes they would make it right, but NOOOOOO!! They gave me another burnt dried up burger, and the fries were cold!!! So he gave me another one, and it was the same plus the bun was completely burnt! It was all black!!!! I used to go there and it was pretty decent, but not anymore, I will NEVER go to this place again! Their bathrooms are so disgusting!!! They are filthy dirty, paper towels all over the floor, and toilet paper all over the toilet seats! They have the music in their sooooooooooo loud, it busts your eardrums!! LOUSY PLACE!!!!
