The place is HORRIBLE. They messed up our food three times. The first two times they were ice cold. And the third time it took 45 minutes and it was still cold. The waiter cussed us out when we asked for a refill. The manager still made us pay full price for everything as well. Don't come here EVER.

With a stale gift card burning a hole in my pocket I head off to my local Chili's for some dinner. Knowing the staffing challenges that many of the chains are facing, I was hesitant. It was dinner hour and not too terribly busy. The staff was busy, some still in training, but working hard and seemed to be keeping pace. We opted for the Triple Dipper and a combo meal - because we couldn't make up our minds. Our Triple Dipper options were boneless wings (basically over breaded chicken nuggets), chicken crispers (not bad), and big mouth bites (overcooked mini burgers on dry buns). That was a miss. Our combo choices were ribs and jalapeño-cheddar smoked sausage, which also came with fries and roasted street corn on the cob. This came out very hot and fresh and pretty good - especially the corn. I think their fajitas are almost always the best choice at Chili's, along with their house margaritas. Thier prices are family friendly. Good to see they're making improvements.

Very good food!properly cooked..good portions..waiter friendly and attentive

I have been coming here for years and have always had the typical chilis experience...but their standards have really taken a dive. Waitress couldn't seem to figure out how to get our bill right and then we couldn't pay on the tablet and she never came back had to go find the manager ourselves and this was all after they couldn't cook a burger right...just don't even waste your time or money

Please don't waste your time unless your skintone is light!! I just sat in there for 20 minutes waiting to be served. In the first 10 minutes I watched two tables get acknowledged. I was being patient until I saw the girl walk back in the kitchen. I then go to the host and ask for a manager. Guess what that's another part of the wait. So once he comes out

The food was normal chilis quality food. Tasted fine, nothing wrong but kind of cold, which was very bizarre because we waited 45 MINUTES for our very normal nothing crazy orders. We sat down with no wait, it wasn’t super busy for a Friday night. Our waitress never refilled our drinks, never checked on us and served everyone their food, even those that sat down way after us. We ordered a kids pizza and two of the BBQ pick twos… like that’s not crazy. She was shorter with glasses, older and had glittery eye shadow. I had high hopes for her, but she let us down big time… we won’t go to this location again.

I've ordered delivery 3 times in the past few weeks, and every time an item was missing. This time, in addition to a missing item, my sandwich was undercooked; DoorDash won't provide a refund and I'm stuck with food I can't eat. Won't be ordering from here again.

Great food and friendly staff! Had a wonderful time here. Their lemonades are straight up bomb ? Be sure to order one. The queso is lovely too - very flavorful and not just cheese. I was full and satisfied when I got home, and I fell right to sleep!

Beware ordering online at this location. The last three times I have put in an online order here someone (maybe a manager) has called me while I was waiting for curbside to inform me that one or more of the menu items I ordered were out of stock/not available. What the Hell Chili's! If you have something on your menu that is not available why don't you update your web page accordingly so people don't waste their money ordering something that isn't even there?! There's nothing more annoying than canceling an order due to the fact and having to wait 7-10 buisness days for your money to get refunded. So in conclusion...So long Chili's on Tatum three strikes you're out, game's over, I'm done.

Variety of food great prices
