It was good I got the steak I should have got a Hamburger. Also I was charged for chips and salsa I'm a reward member. AND WAS CHARGED for a drink but my daughter got a kids meal.we used the little pay pad at the table. I got the e - mail on phone later that when I seen the overcharge.
If I could give this establishment negative stars I would. I was given the wrong order which took forever for a simple quesadilla. After watching every table receive their food that came after us I was given a togo container with my food like a dog just thrown in there no sour cream no toppings. I had to walk out while my husband spoke to the manager because I was livid. Waited over an hour to be served and given a togo container like "here's your food...BYE"
Just stopped in for a quick Margarita and a snack. The drink was delicious. Queso spinach dip was fabulous and the server was super busy but very kind. His runners had my items out in about 10 minutes flat. I was very pleased with he service. It wasn't too crowded inside and the atmosphere was chill for a Friday afternoon.
I ordered from this place curbside pick up close to a month ago. Spent money on my entire family to eat dinner and requested that the burger of one of the meals be cooked well done! The burger was almost raw. So red inside it would if definitely caused food poisoning. Very undercooked. I phoned the metro location and spoke with Stacy (manager) I stated to her that I took pictures and would be more than happy to send them to her. As she knew that on my ticket it specifically said well done. She assured me that there was no need to send in the photos and she would refund me 15 dollars for our troubles. She stated it would be sent by email and it would take approximately 24 hours. I still have yet to receive this email. I called metro location today and Stacy happened to be working today. I explained I never received the email. Her response was snug and basically they will not honor their mishap. I will never go there again! If I could report them to corporate and put the photo online I would. I believe this is a franchise so that takes corporate out of the picture.Update: I figured out how to post photos. The food is poor quality and poorly cooked. That can be overlooked, but the manager Jeff is a jerk. He can't take criticism or a valid complaint. Acts like a spoiled child when confronted. Never eating here again and maybe, that is to Jeff, never eat at a Chiles again! Here is a picture of a 10oz I ordered. I received it all cut up and badly cooked. Does it look tasty?
My family went yesterday for Mother's Day lunch after Church. Our server was Hannah. Hannah exceeded our expectations and was super personable as well as passionate about her job. I also want to say that Steve the bar tender was also just as wonderful. He gave all the mom's flowers and was so very personable. All the employees there at Chili's worked as a team to get everything out to everyone in a timely fashion and I just cannot say enough good things about our experience. P.S. (Here it is Hannah!) I and family ate lunch at Chili's & Bar in Phx Az.I had Half California turkey Sandwiche with Fries,lemonade to drink.The place was mellow for a Saturday. The waitress was nice and kept our drinks full. Check it out ?
I love this place been going there for I feel 10 years. Just this last time sat at bar, hostess completely fumbled. But the server the bar tender told no joke was in front of me before I knew what. She was wonderful and totally made the night with great service
This place this to renew their menu big time. Specially have better ways to have their meals prep. ( I know from one of the managers how they cook since the morning their Cajun chicken pasta, and seats all they to serve it ) its been more than 3 times I get food poisoning from eating g there, but I love their chips and salsa. I guess I'll just give up on their food and just get chips and salsa only to avoid getting sick every time I visit them.
