The manager lady here was so unpleasant, I took my grandmother here and we had an absolutely bad time. It’s Phoenix Arizona, I’m not sure if they’re aware of how hot it actually gets here. We walked inside mid day, they were far from busy but the host said a 15-20 minute wait. He said the kitchen was backed up. I said I understand and that we were patient but if at all possible if we could just be sat for some drinks and we would gladly wait to order food. He said he’d ask his manager, she then came to us and proceeded to say that she couldn’t seat us because the kitchen was backed up and asked us again to wait 15-20 minutes. I again explained we weren’t in a hurry to get food from the kitchen but more trying to escape the heat and order some drinks to at least get started. She said no sorry and walked away. So then finally 26 minutes after waiting in the lobby with my 78 y/o grandma who’s terminal With lung cancer and over heated from the 102 it was. We were seated. At this point we were getting over our initial welcome to say the least, we had our drinks and we’re waiting for it food. When another customer who was waiting has her really young grandson drop her phone behind the waiting booth. She informed the manager and host who were struggling to pull the booth out and seemed very annoyed. I offered my hand but the manager was just absolutely rude saying no we’ll get the phone, you’re booth is ready. I was completely insulted by this. I get that sometimes your customer service isn’t on point. But man to just be so rude and dismissive while not even busy in the restaurant, perhaps you’re in the wrong field. People come there for a pleasant meal in an enjoyable atmosphere, but thanks for ruining that. Will not return.
Amazing experience. Inside and out. Through pick-up, they are so nice and always make sure to be quick. No wasting time. Consideration of servers is off the charts. Made me feel welcome and important! The food has been superb. Been ordering for the past few months, and it's just fantastic. The deal they have of 3 for 10.99 is a family favorite. We always order it. The portions are large, and the sauce is mouth watering. Love to order from here, it's now my go-to for food. 5/5 stars any day.
In town on business, ordered delivery for dinner. I utilize Chili's frequently when traveling. They have a good selective menu's, normally great service and good food. Unfortunately upon receipt from Jodi M I found the box not sealed, it looks nothing like the Caribbean salad I have ordered on many occasions. (expectations not meet) - (service failure)
So here we sit at 7:30, only one couple in front of us, I count 9 tables open with a hour wait advertised to see s and a few others when have lingered in. Not crazy busy by any means. What’s the reason we’re left here to sit on their door step hungry? Could it be a staff shortage? Certainly possible amidst all the BS of late and people too lazy to work? Even if that is the problem, could we at least sit at a table with a heap of chips and salsa and adding to the bar tab? Apparently not.On the plus side, the young woman at the door was very nice, the restaurant is clean.Update…Serving staff was extremely nice, the food did come quick once we ordered.The kitchen staff was slow, our table was filling up with old plates, I put them on the table behind us that still had the dishes of the people there from before we got there.The cook who made my burger must work on the side at Smash burger, not typical for burgers here. It was actually in pieces falling out of the bun. It was yummy though.Yuck, took my granddaughter to the bathroom and we killed a huge roach.The lime from the bar was not fresh. Limes will get that brown on them if they’ve been sitting too long.I had almost bumped up to 4 stars before the roach and the lime, sorry guys. If this was a staff shortage, sorry about that, we’re all feeling that pain. Be creative with some work arounds.Lastly, Americans, take your couch potato butts back to work! For the staff that was working, thanks for all you do!
I order Doordash from here 2/27/22 and I got the bacon rauch chicken quesadillas and I received more tortilla the meat & cheese, not the worth of $12.29 i really want my money back and who ever made this shouldn't be cooking there

Im a loyal Chili's customer. This is the first time i ever had a problem with Chili's. This location sucks! The chef is horrible, Cajun chicken pasta came without the garlic bread, Texas cheese fries were soo dry you'd think it was sitting in the desert all day. Just look for yourself
Seldom in this part of town. Checked in with the hostess. She was pleasant. Looked around about 10 tables needed to be bussed. They seem short staffed so we waited in the truck for a text. 20 minutes passed, we decided to do a curbside order. We did the order and it was ready within13 minutes! I had the smokehouse combo - jalapeño cheese sausage and Chipotle chicken crisper, toasted street corn and fries. Yeah it was pretty good. I'd try Chili's again. Curbside is legit
