The hostess was nice, server was okay, another server brought us our drinks and slams them down on the table and chips and salsa which I had to walk to the bar to ask them to warm the cold chips. The attentiveness to a paying customer is lacked at this location. Disappointing.
DO NOT PICK UP FOOD WITHOUT CHECKING FIRST AND WASTING YOUR TIME BECAUSE THEY ARE IGNORANT AND HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED THEIR MANDATORY TIP!!!! They do not care to confirm orders. I ordered 2 full slabs of rib meals and they only gave us half. After getting home and realizing I called @ 1:40pm (which I am sure is an “intensive “) rush our only to be told the manager”may” call us back when he’s less busy. What a joke. Still haven’t heard from this idiot.
Service was iffy at best.. some food was cold but the server was busy and the bill was wrong.. she never came back to the table...
One star for this location is generous. I am posting this review real time. The service at this location is atrocious. I had terrible service here two months ago and attributed to that server being in a really bad mood. Today at 3pm my friend and I tried again. We stood in front of the hostess stand for 5 plus minutes as the bartender and a server walked within 10 feet of us without a “hello” or “We will be with you in a moment.” The bartender and one especially rude server actually avoided eye contact. When she attempted to walk away after dropping food at a nearby table I called after her and expressed that we had been waiting for a while and no one had spoken to us. There were 4 visible servers on the floor. I asked if we could seat ourselves. She kept walking and said “no.” Their chicken tenders are tasty, but no chicken is worth this abuse.
Not bad. I had the chili(Yum) with a steak casadilla. Extremely filling and really good. It didn't appear too busy but seemed like slow service. One mess up with the order but that was cleared up right away! Grandsons are all their meal so it must have been good for them as well. And I'm gonna give Chili's a break on the slowness, it's the time we are living in sadly. Anyway, I had a great meal and the servers were good....highly recommend this Chili's restaurant.
$3.99 Caesar Salad was ridiculous. I understand it was a side salad add-on, but the size and quality was TERRIBLE! I was NOT satisfied at all with this attempt of a salad. I enjoyed the shrimp & pasta dish, that's the only reason I didn't rate this meal and experience lower!
Though our server was pleasant, the food and presentation was way below average from what we have experienced in the past. We were told that they have new staff in the kitchen and it showed! We are unlikely to come back to this chili's location.
