Chick-fil-A is an occasional lunch stop for Hubby and me if we are out and about. They are in our top 5 of fast food joints thanks to their very tasty chicken, but there is always a long line to get that stuff! Lately we've been getting the Cobb salad...we often split a sandwich and the salad. We get the basic chicken sandwich. Darn good fast food!
Like coming here. Of course the staff is courteous. The tables and chairs are always clean. I know it's not their fault but the pigeons are the only things that is irritating about eating here. These pigeons are of a different breed and are fearless. Otherwise it's a very nice place to sit and eat
Only been here twice and both times were good experiences.The first time I went it was busy, but we got in and out of the drive thru pretty fast and our food was great.The second time I went to claim my birthday reward and they were having issues with some stuff, but we still got out of the drive thru pretty fast and my Frosted Coffee was amazing.Also there was a "lady" who got irritated with the wait and flipped out, she yelled at one of the workers and left, but they still managed help me and everyone else without it bothering them and they got us out fast.
I really enjoy eating at CFA, but this one is just different. They don't have an indoor dine in area and to order, or even ask for refill, you have to wait in line in Arizona heat. Eating outside with their mist fan & shades isn't bad, but that also means a homeless people will come up and beg money from you while they smell very disgusting.

I really enjoy this Chick-fil-A. The customer service is great and so is the food.It's in an easy location.They have drive through and outside dining only. The outside dining is very clean and peaceful.
There is a young girl who usually works at the drive through at nights and her attitude…… very rude. After three separate times interacting with her, each time was a rude attitude while I was nice to her thinking maybe she had a bad day. I’ve already decided that next time I’m going to be that customer that addresses her poor attitude and asks for the manager. I go to spend the money I earn to help her keep her job, support this business, and get my food. I don’t go to deal with disrespectful young girls who seem to not be able to control their attitudes.
I'm in love!!!!! They built one closer to me ????. Thank you. I used to never be a fan but when my friend put me on that grilled chicken deluxe sandwich ❤️❤️ and the soup my heart melted. My favorite place. BUT only on payday. Because the prices are what they they. ?.
The WORST customer service I've EVER encountered! The little rude no customer service having brat thought it would be smart to try n hand me 7drinks and a bag of food. I asked for a bag for my drinks she said oh i can help to your car really! And are u going to help me get out of my car n into my place of work? She reluctantly went in and before the door closed said laughing this crazy lady wants a bag for her drinks! I was beyond upset & kept myself from going to jail (I was on the clock) I took my food to my car to double check my order. They forgot my salad and was given no sauce for my 12 chicken nuggets & 4strips. Not even ketchup! When i went back for my salad i think it was a manager who helped asked me if u needed sauce and I told her yes didn't even look in the bag got to work NO SAUCE in the bag! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service I will NEVER return!
Disappointing. I had hoped to go inside and sit down. No luck. So, I figured I'd go to the bathroom while I was there. Locked. So, I ordered grilled nuggets, which came recommended as a high protein meal. That got me into the bathroom, which I'm pleased to say was clean and orderly. After completing my business there, I went to pick up my food, but the workers just stared at me like, "What are you doing here?" I produced my receipt, which they stared at dumbly and then started to mill around as though lost. Finally, someone else came to ask whether I was being helped. I explained that I had given my receipt to her coworkers. Once she got that from them, she was able to get me my meal in short order. I hope it really was high protein, because I didn't find it tasty. I don't think I'll go back.
