Jessica is a horrible employee. She's very rude when talking to people. She has no people skills. She discusses other employee to each other. That should be done in back office or something. Jessica is making this location look bad and making it a hostel environment to work in. I choose not to patronize this location again as long as she's employed there. Good business is done word-of-mouth and I will make sure everybody know about Jessica behavior and character.

The food is fine, but this location's drive thru is a hot mess. It takes forever to get to the pick up window, especially when you order just a single meal and the cars ahead of you seemed to have ordered the entire menu. They need a better system to get cars moving along; maybe have dedicated parking spots for the larger orders to pull in to. Other restaurants (which out of courtesy, I will not name here), have the same amount of patrons, but get their lines moving a lot quicker with the kind of system I've mentioned above. Hopefully, Chik-fil-A will take this into consideration in the future.

Me and my friend decided to order some Chick-fil-A for our lunch break we got the eight piece chicken nugget meal with extra sauce. We order through DoorDash and our DoorDasher was very respectful and nice but she was missing the sauce we asked for. It’s hard to enjoy food when it’s dry. I mean who eats chicken nuggets with no sauce ? Not to also mention The sprite was very watery as in it didn’t have any carbohydrates.

We really enjoyed the food but that's the reason for 2 stars. The customer service is generally OK but our last visit had a rude employee rushing me through my order, took a good minute to even take my order (I was waiting first in line) then she gave attitude the whole time, I let person upfront know.. he said maybe you were just interpreting her the wrong way. When she would constantly cut me off, role her eyes, and keep asking if that's it - I dont think I or my family took her attitude the wrong way. I appreciate employees showing up for work in this time but she really should have stayed home.

Does anyone care?This is not about the employees and their attitude.This is about the owner not cultivating the right work environment.The owner must not be incentivising the employees well enough.I am so glad there are people willing to work these days. Especially in fast food. Catering to people like me is the worst.This reviewed started 1 star because staff closed the dining room at 930. I understand. Closing duties and all that. It sucks.Does the owner not pay after 10pm?Are the employees not paid enough?To work after the official closing time of 10? Does everything come to a stop immediately and there is no initiative to take pride in your place of employment enough to let people dine in a few minutes after.Refuse all you want after 10. Your closed. Put a sign that says"Dining Room closed around 9ish, because closing duties don't pay after 10pm. See Steve Bringas for concerns. It's our pleasure to help. Until 9ish..."

I asked him did your manager tell you that he said someone higher did

We got through the lunch time line very quickly, the food was well prepared and delicious, the manager was extremely nice and helpful. The only disappointment is that the "Cool Wrap" menu item is not yet available in Phoenix.

Obviously the food is good because Chick-fil-A is a very successful fast food chain but for some reason this location always has a lag in producing orders even when there’s about 30 employees on the clock. They’ve done it a few times already so today I had to refund my order This location Chick-fil-A needs help smh

Forgot to post when it happened but I had such an amazing employee take my order and I even asked for her name because she was just so nice about taking my order while still having the professional atmosphere so next time you go here ask for Abi to get your order quick and right!

Fast friendly service. Clean tables. Loved the waffle cut potato fries. Chicken tasted high quality. If you like it hot, go for the spicy chicken strips. I will be going here more often.
