A WHOLE BUG IN MY COBB SALAD ?I don’t know how I will ever recover from the emotional trauma of almost eating this mega bug. I unfortunately will never be able to return to this Chick-fil-A again. I come here often.. who knows how many bugs I’ve eaten without noticing.When I called to tell them about the incident the gentlemen I spoke to didn’t sound too concerned or surprised. He did apologize. I requested a refund & he obliged although I feel more should have been done seeing as I spent my time to drive there so I could have my lunch and ended up not having lunch at all.Tragic. Definitely check your food before eating anything from here.
Food was good. Chick-fil-A are consistent across all the states I've eaten there. Nothing will surprise you at this location. Surprisingly quick for how busy this location (and all) was. Friendly enough teens working there. I just hate when they make you wait as they finish their conversation amongst themselves before helping you. Guess I'm old school regarding guest service.
Great food, friendly employees but the curbside pick up took about 15 minutes. We saw cars going through drive through faster than our service. From now on, we'll just use the drive through. Surprisingly, it's faster than ordering ahead.
Sausage biscuit was burnt and my large drink was like 80% filled with ice. If I wanted an ice cup I would I have asked for one. Customer service was good but food/drink quality was poor.
The only skinny male working the drive thru tonight at 7:30 pm took our order wrong 3 times and still got it wrong. He backed up the line and had us pull forward. He still told the cashier the wrong order. We order here every day and this kid needs more training to be in a fast working environment. We had to go inside and got refunded 8$ for items we didn’t even order. Lay off the vape pen at work!
Angel was very kind and very helpful with the order at the Drive-Thru line. He was very patient and paid attention. He has taken our order multiple times and was consistent! Thank you for the wonderful service and conversation Angel!
If you have kids, they are addicted to this place. I can't say that I blame them, definitely taste better than the othe chicken kids meals out there. But seeing as I'm the one that pays for it and typically has to wait for it, I knock it down a star.Hard to spend as much as we do and still be hungry afterwards.
Since when is it ok to park in handicap without displaying a handicap place card or tag? When I informed the young adult, he said it ok he works there and his manager tells him to. When I asked him to get the manager, he gave me the piece sign and told me to get over it.
I'm not a frequent customer, as I'm usually out and about on Sundays. Was there for lunch, on a Tuesday, and enjoyed a delicious chicken sandwich. The lunch food menu items I've had the opportunity to try have always hit the spot. Breakfast on the other hand, so far is a fail. I've tried the sausage, egg, cheese breakfast biscuit and it was not to my liking. Which is odd, since this is my "go to" item at any fast food restaurant that serves breakfast. The drive thru ordering process here was great! An older gentleman helped us get out of there pretty quickly. You order with and pay the same person, which makes it a friendly experience.
Long line but in and out quickly, very organized as there is someone taking your order while in your car and payment if your a couple cars away from pick up window. I'd say I was there for 5-7 minutes max getting something for my son and I didn't want to do it as it was lunch time but I was presently surprised as it would have been much longer had it been any of the other fast food houses. It's run very well to keep you from waiting/being inconvenienced. Kudos chic filet. By the way if it's not peak hours your through the line in a few minutes.
