The staffs are nice, the food is amazing. The food is served faster than expected. This is my regular to go to chick fil-a. The area is usually clean every time I visit. The staff are constantly cleaning the tables to be ready for the next customers. I am never left disappointed when I visit. I get my regular #2 or #2 meal. A place to eat yall.
Chick-fil-A's are pretty universally good no matter where you find them. The food quality is always good and the people working there tend to be very nice as well.This location was no exception, everything was fine.
The food is fine, no complaints there.The staff was nice.Clean “Womens” Bathroom.Clean dining room area.However it was really hard to get parking close to the restaurant because they had it blocked off or redirected for the Drive-thru customers and the Drive-Thru line had 10-12 cars when I arrived. I ended up parking in one of the 8 “Curbside Pickup” spots because the only spots available in their designated parking area of the shopping plaza had 8 “Curbside Pickup” spots and 2 “Handicapped” spots and ZERO regular spots!!I would recommend moving or eliminating a few of those “Curbside Pickup” spots for people/families who need to board closely to the restaurant and don’t have a “handicapped license”.Also the prices for their food have gone up quite a bit in the last few months!! I spent $22 for a meal just for myself because I have to substitute the fries and soda due to dietary needs!!
Really disappointed in my service today. My order was incorrect at the window and I was not at all bothered but the four girls at the window were putting down the girl who inputted my order wrong putting down her intelligence and making fun of her for struggling to spell another customers name. Then when I got my order it was still wrong and I had been overcharged and no one helped get that fixed. If they are going to talk about their own coworker poorly in front of someone I can’t imagine how they talk about any customers that inconvenience them. The girl who took my order was the nicest one of them all.
Efficient and freshly made food. They have always been 100% accurate on my orders so far. Very pleased with this location. The lines here are not intimidating negate they are so quick.
I ordered a large waffle fry and I received 1/3 of a large fry ? I would like a FULL fry

This Chick-Fil-A is the bomb.com Period. I come every morning and afternoon like I don't have anything else better to do. The Kale Crunch Salad is a must have and I'm finally getting into there breakfast biscuits ( Which I didn't know they had ) The service is impeccable! Everyone is nice with a beautiful attitude and the food is always hot & fresh.
Service was good and nice staff, but food is very blah and they charge for extras like more lettuce but did not get "extra lettuce". Indoor dining is pretty cramped so got it to go. Fries were not hot at all and had no salt. Quality has gone WAY down, portion sizes are even smaller, and has of course gone up in price. Save your money and go to Wendy's or Popeyes for a good and cheap chicken sandwich!
Worst service ever, they took wrong my order 3 times, they make me wait more than 20 minutes between when I order and the time they finally give me the order, they charge me more than what I buy, the last kid was trying to charge me for the fries that was supposed to be in the meal. Worst place ever. Never come back. When you have a bad management or administration the outcome is always this. Be aware they steal money from you. Ineptitud at the highest expression.
