The food is great. However the noise of the walk-in talkies in front and behind us in the restaurant made it hard to hear each other. You could hear kids ( young adult employees playing with them and then loud static. Trash was full and tables were in a disarray. Heck even one employee sleeping at a table. Won’t come back to this location!!!!
I use to come to this location everyday after school when I was in high school. Now, when I’m visiting home from college I come here and it never fails that something goes wrong. My fries are always a fourth full, they always forget straws, if I place an online order they never get the sauces right or don’t put any at all. Missed drinks several times and I’m holding the drive thru up. This location has declined severely over the years and it’s sad.
This place started off good..But the last 4 times I went there they had left either a sandwich or Nuggets out..When I called the manager wrote my Name down for a replacement but wouldn't give me his Name.Now that I'm trying g to get my replacement they wanna give me the run around..WHAT A JOKE...Can't even be honest w the customer
Chicken-fil-A is so very delicious for fast food! The workers are so professional snd courteous each and every time I go through the drive thru.Many of the workers are teenagers but they have been extremely well trained in customer service. I love the waffle fries. Chick-Fil-A is EXCELLENT!!! I primarily frequent the Chic-fil-A on Mayo Boulevard in Phoenix, Arizona. They have been closed for remodeling. I sorely miss being able to go there and can't wait for them to reopen!!!
Good as always, but there prices are getting Crazy high! If you want to make the trip for the best chicken ever. GUS FRIED CHICKEN DOWNTOWN PHOENIX.SAME PRICE AS CHICK FIL A. YOU WILLNOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Served me an undercooked chicken sandwich that I picked up as a mobile order on my short lunch break. Texture an taste was weird, looked at it and the filet still had a pink hue meaning all I had for lunch that day were fries and my drink, and the bites of undercooked chicken which was so disgusting. I called to notify them, then later on went to get my comped meal but was totally and completely hassled over it.
Isaac was one of the most personable and friendly workers I’ve ever interacted with. This location leaves extremely little to be desired. I will happily come back to visit again.

Eric got my order wrong after repeating it 3 times and making me hoot like an owl. Instead of a medium macnchz i got weird grilled chicken in a macnchz container?? Although on the receipt it was correct SAD! Wont be back
