Their service for Mobil orders is the worst!! Not just this location but all of them. They prefer to help customer in the lobby then put out orders that came in first. The reason I order online is so I won’t have to wait in line:( bad service!!! It’s interesting they do that, when most of our customers are millennials. This one just had bad management, no one in the kitchen communicated. My food was ready, but I had to wait an extra five minutes because the person making drinks hadn’t done the drink. And the person preparing the food didn’t communicate That that’s all the order needed to go out.
Recently went to the drive-thru at this location. They refused to scan my app. They also refused to give me coin change back. Said they didn't have any. Also no senior discount, which at the other locations give a free small drink for seniors. When I voice my concerns to the cashier he didn't seem to care at all. I find this all to be quite ridiculous since most of your restaurants are closed inside and if you're not going to scan the app that should be posted when you first pull up! I will not be giving the store anymore of my business and I do not recommend them to anyone!
I love Chick-fil-A. This review is about the metro location only. Since the Deer Valley location is being remodeled I have been going to Thunderbird location mainly. A few times I have visited metro location. And after today I will never go to this location again. This location is so slow!! And no matter what you order they try to push you out of the drive through to the parking lot! Even after you sit in the drive through for over 20 minutes with a Mobil order. If you have to do this why would you not give the milk shake last? I asked the person at the drive through window this today, because they have done this to me three tines now. Each time I get my wife’s shake to get its milk. She refused to give me another shake in the parking lot with the remainder of my order. Also try to call this location at anytime and you have to leave a voice mail. Tou can call any other location and get a real person no matter how busy they are. Metro if I could give you zero stars I would..
Really sucks to have to do a review like this coz Chic-Fil-A's food is always amazing, but they really need to pay attention to their orders, including Door Dash. I have never ordered a chicken sandwich without the bun, yet the past three times we have Door Dashed an order, they always leave out the bun. We have double checked our order each time, yet they still manage to foul it up. Nothing like getting a chicken filet crammed into a wrapper and having the cheese stuck to the wrapper instead of the filet. Pay attention to the orders as they come in.
I have been going to this location since it opened. I believe it was originally inside the metro mall. I had always received fairly good service here and remember quite frequently bringing my daughter here to play in their little playground room when she was younger. Sometimes we would go 2 or 3 times a week.She has ordered the same thing the nuggets with the fruit cup everytime... my daughter is very allergic to strawberries, so in typical Chick-fil-a service style we had no strawberries due to allergies. This last time we went it was very different. We told at first it was okay only because of allergies. As we continued or order we were told " ...Manny said No can't remove the strawberries."But she is allergic? Sorry nothing we can do. It's because people were ordering only strawberries in the cups they stopped allowing it. We were doing the exact opposite...and she's allergic to them.So we left. Canceled the order. And never will I be back to this location. I do thank you for the understanding Christian attitude regarding my daughter's health and safety.
Dave, it's not like you to have a snotty little attitude girl at the front counter. What's up with that? My food was great, but she was a bit of a pill at 7am ?♀️ I am still addicted to the nuggets.. helps me and then goes and sits down at a table, dining room condiment area wasn't even set up.. oh well. Like I said.. food is good!
Like most Chick-fil-A, staff always courteous and even when the lines are long they keep them moving. Also they have yet to get my order wrong, pretty amazing considering the lines and amount of orders they get.
The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was fast and the workers were friendly and helpful. I love the values posted that were also demonstrated in this restaurant.
My chicken sandwich was hot, tender and biscuit was flaky good. Everything was great until half way into sandwich someone's hair was cooked into sandwich, then I wanted to Vomit.
Worst customer service. They messed up my order. I called in. They said come back and bring the receipt and we'll fix it. Came in brought the receipt. They said where's the food. I said that they didn't tell me to bring it in. They said they can't help me unless I bring it in. I go back to the hotel for the second time and back to the restaurant for the 3rd time. They finally fix the order, but absolutely nothing for all the trouble that they put me through. It took my kid over an hour to get his dinner and it was already late.
