Great atmosphere, friendly and efficient staffing. We had fried calamari, tan tan men & pad Thai. They were all so good! Will be back here for sure
Good food. Nice environment. I had the Pad Thai. The noodles tasted good, though the chicken tasted bland, as though it had no seasoning and was just added to the noodles.
I have been coming to this place for years. The food is phenomenal ? but the service needs a face lift. It's not a very friendly kind of place ... wait staff hardly smile, they don't check on you often, they don't welcome you and you end up waiting and waiting before they decide to take your order. It's sad to say that I tolerate their wait staff. I am familiar with 2 of their wait staff and I try to visit on those days they work. I appreciate their kindness. However, I keep convincing myself I'm only here for the food. There's a lot of options here but I encourage you to order the things that you like. They have so many varieties of dishes there is no disappointment. Things I order most ... California roll with and without crunch, shrimp tempura roll, gyoza fried dumplings, vegetable tempura, soups like hot pot and miso, pad Thai, yakisoba with pork, spicy beef, mixed tempura to desserts.
Was introduced to Noodle almost 10 years ago. The cooks have changed over the years, but their food has stayed tasty. Now some of the dishes' flavors have changed a tad, but are still very good. One of the favorite sides of the family is the Miso soup, which the flavor has not changed over the years. The staff has always been friendly and remember us even after an extended period of not dining there.
It was good but I've had better, eating these were just like eating top ramen at home, nothing remarkable about them, everything was a little bland other than the broth itself, which tasted like the powder from top ramen, even the green milk tea, tasted like milk with just a hint of tea
We had ramen and the shrimp bowl. Everything was good. The mango lemonade was very good.
This review is based on both the food quality and service.Like many central Phoenix residents, I had been enjoying Cherryblossom’s cuisine and unique atmosphere for many, many years. After this evening’s debacle, I will never return. We called in an order for takeout and requested boiled eggs with our bowls of ramen. When asked whether we wanted soft or hard eggs, we replied soft. Upon entering the facility, it was standing room only. Thankfully, they had our order up within about five minutes of our arrival, which was about twenty-five minutes from when we placed the order. We live about five minutes away, and after arriving home and opening up the containers, everything looked great except for the eggs. They were a gelatinous undercooked mess with raw egg whites scattered throughout the noodles rendering them completely inedible. When I phoned to voice our concerns stating that the eggs were undercooked and raw, the female that answered replied argumentatively saying, “That’s how we serve eggs.” I responded hoping to clarify, “You serve raw eggs?” Her answer, “Yes.”My partner then called and the same female attempted to cover the inadequacy by saying, “Our soft eggs are poached.” She was again argumentative when my partner replied the eggs weren’t poached properly and were undercooked/raw.When we took the food back for a refund, we were met with nothing but contempt and rudeness.Whoever was “in charge” tonight was sleeping at the wheel. The fact that raw eggs even made it out of the kitchen should be embarrassing for the cooks. For our legitimate concerns to be met by an argumentative employee is shameful. There was no attempt to try and fix the situation, only arguing and insolence.
I am not sure why but food wise is like thing that makes you go Hmmmm, but it’s got that Japanese Cafe feel
Tried calling multiple times and I thought they were closed cause no one answered. Someone finally answers and asks me to hold. They put the phone down apparently next to another phone they have off the hook. I could hear the dial tone. I waited 10 minutes and hung up. I think this is the workers strategy to not take to go orders. After the calling back again the phone was busy for another 10 minutes since they had both phones off the hook. Finally got through and the person tried putting me on hold again. I said no take my order and it only took her 1 minutes to take my order while she had an attitude.Advice to owner, fire this person you are losing money from to go orders.
Great little noodle cafe right in the heart of Phoenix! This place has been here for years and for good reason. Largely Japanese inspired but has a number of different Asian dishes. Noodles are fantastic as you would assume. We love the ramen and the gyoza but anything I've had has been good. Save room for dessert because they have a selection of impressive locally made options.
