Don't let the outside of the deli fool you. This sandwich shop is my new favorite deli shop in Arizona. The sandwich makers was polite and inviting. Crystal asked me if I was ready and I said give me a second I'm new to this deli shop. And OMG the 3 other customers in store instantly were like you're in for a sandwich explosion in your mouth. This Phoenix institution been my favorite place on Earth to eat for 23 years. The tiny family owned and operated deli, open for over 70 years, cares deeply about their customers and have never once failed to serve me a sandwich that wasn't perfect.
Customer service was ok but the whole menu and set up is confusing and didn't make sense to us? Service was fast but the food was just ok.

Love the mom and pop vibe of this little sandwich and cheese shop. The service was absolutely top notch and the sub I ordered was super delicious and was made to order (I’m a picky eater). Prices were inline with other chain sub shops but you get MUCH better quality. Highly recommend stopping in and supporting local.
