Order was made to order and freshJust so sad and disappointing ? that another valley restaurant is NOT grateful for the Sacrifices Veterans have made to make this country free. FREEDOM ISN'T FREE. WITHOUT VETERANS THERE'S NO CHARLEY'S.It would be nice to receive a discount ? ? of something, what I do know. The staff is so quick to say NO to a discount, but when I ask why?? They can't answer?????
Was hoping to try this place out with my 2 kids at the P83 Walmart, Started placing my order, then was told that with the kids meal, they are out of the dessert,but can be purchased seperately, I asked what are you substituting for it? They said nothing.you mean to tell me ,I am gonna be charged for full price for 2 meals not complete? They said yes. So I said just cancel our order,we will go somewhere else. Ended up spending $30 at another place, but at least they had everything on the menu. Well worth it!
9 people working behind the counter. I waited 20 minutes for a to go order, and they still messed it up and added alot of stuff that was not on my ticket. I wasn't about to wait for them to try to remake my order, so I got a refund and left with no food. I don't know what has happened to this place, but it used to be great. Too bad!
Great food a little expensive but worth it. They do need to have training on customer service the employees are not very welcoming or friendly. Had to ask for my drink cup a few times.
Loud, noisy, and truly uncomfortable to sit down to eat. Door to cold outside air is less than 10 feet from half the tables. Bread is feshlugginah, meat is tasteless. App is a joke to try and redeem discounts. No more for me.
Cashier Joyce has such an amazing spirit. I have trouble speaking to cashiers because i’m too nervous & she made me feel so comfortable. thank you for being so kind. you’re outstanding !
Philly cheesesteak is always amazing.Their fries. 1 star. Soggy and uncookedCustomer service meh. Didn't listen when I requested teriyaki sauce in the meat while cooking
Probably the most delicious sandwich I have ever had. Order from here once a week for the last few months and is always perfect until today. The beef was overly seasoned. It tasted like someone dumped an entire shaker of salt and pepper. Too disgusting to eat! The cook should be forced to eat it as punishment.
I used to come here regularly and had nothing but nice things to say. I was here on the 17th and the employees were all different and new. I asked for my cheese steak to be wrapped so I can take it into the movies. I asked for the fries to be in a bag separately. I wasnt given the drink cup that I paid for. When my food was ready the female employee just threw the box on the counter. I asked for my bag and my cup. The bag was thrown at me and I was told to take the cup myself. I asked for a manager cause he is always nice. He wasn't in. I spent $10 and it will be my last. If you want a terrible experience and rude employees to throw food at you like you're an animal this place is perfect.
Absolutely love this place! Go there at least once a week. Can't wait for the one inside my local Walmart to open, cause it is quite a drive from my house.
