The service was really good at this place. The drinks were good and came out very fast. I liked the decor. If your going for the bowling, know that it’s the tiny bowling lanes and a little bit janky. One of the tvs was broken, and one lane was broken and our lane was not counting the score correctly (you could never get a strike or spare). We told him that and they were aware of it but still charged us the full price for that lane even though there were other lanes open. I don’t really care about bowling so it wasn’t a big deal but to others it might be. They have a live DJ and loud music and it’s a fun atmosphere. Would probably go back.
Definitely enjoyed the vibes of Cham Pang Lanes. Though we didn’t bowl, the 360 bar was welcoming and perfect to hang at. Live DJ wasn’t too loud and fun part of the experience. Cocktails were fun and a change of pace.
I got a kick out of reading the other reviews before going so here’s my two cents. Went on a Saturday with a group of four. Showed up at 6pm expecting to have to wait hours to bowl. Instead, they were able to get us set up right away. Bowling setup was easy and we were knocking down pins within minutes of sitting down. I will say - it would be awkward (though not impossible) to have a group larger than 4 per lane given the seating setup. Our server showed up quickly after we sat down and was kind and attentive. The cocktails were pretty damn good (the mai Thai served in a takeout cup was fun). We pushed through our game pretty quickly and finished in 45 minutes. Started the second game and played up until we got cut off (since it’s $15/person/hour and you pick that up front). I thought the bowling was a blast and worth the money, especially given the atmosphere and service. Will definitely be back.
It’s a vibe! We missed our dinner reservation at another restaurant and stumbled upon this place on a Wednesday night. We have 2 drinks and 1 game for $54 bucks + good music! We will most definitely be back!
So much fun, gets crowded, great appetizers and drinks. Lots of photo opportunities! Dress cute, dress sexy and have fun. You can bowl, play pool , video games or hang out. Wait is about 2 hours to bowl, but you can check in, eat or walk around Roosevelt Row and enjoy!
A vibe! I've been here twice now! Once on a dbl date on a Saturday where I was able to bowl and another time on a Friday midday and surprisingly had to wait over a hour and a half. I was however able to taste a few food items which were pretty good! Expensive but cute aesthetics. Fun and hip little spot in dt phx.

Visited this past Saturday, vibe was very cool! I only had a drink but they didn't disappoint! Wait for bowling was 3 hours upon arrival but didn't stay that long will be back to try it though!
Really disappointed in this place. Lengthy post because we were there twice w awful service. My boyfriend and I went on a Friday. We sat at the bar and ordered food. They brought someone else’s food to us twice and we explained it’s not ours. Our food finally came, and while the food was amazing, no one checked in on us. After twenty minutes of trying to get our servers attention, we flagged down another gal at the bar. We politely asked if she could get our server. She VERY rudely says “well you could have just asked any of us, so what do you want”. When my boyfriend tried to apologize.. we didn’t know the service worked like that, she again very rudely interrupted him to say “I can just get it so what do want”. We were stunned, but ordered some drinks. When she came back she says verbatim “I’m not being rude I’m just blunt”… we looked at each other like.. is that an apology? I’ve worked in the service industry for years and we all know you don’t say something like that unless you KNOW you’re in fact being rude. Whatever, we closed out and left. The next day our friends wanted to check it out. We decided to give it another chance. Huge mistake. We ended up ordering a couple bottles of champagne for the group and we were bowling so had our own section. The bowling glitched multiple times, minor inconvenience. Without me knowing, my boyfriend ordered us all a round of shots (expensive ones). I saw a waitress set down some shots on a ledge near us (mind you we were in the bowling alley part so higher up than main floor). When no one touched them I asked my boyfriend if they were ours. Since the waitress never acknowledged that the shots he ordered were delivered, he assumed no but went to get our server to ask. By the time he was back the shots were gone. I honestly assume they were cleared off as I mentioned, they were in a LEDGE. Also a good thing to note is that we had an entire table dedicated to be used for our drinks and food. So why would someone drop them off several feet away on a ledge? The waitress said she dropped them off earlier and left. At this point I’m frustrated so I ask for management. They send over a security man. I tell him what happens and he goes “sounds like you’re just mad someone stole your shots”. We paid for everything and left. I will never go back. The service was down right absurd and I dont see this place lasting long unless they seriously train their staff. I’m bummed because I was hopeful and willing to give them another chance. Great concept, sad execution.
This place had such high praise just moved opened myCompany and decided to take my office employees for a work activity ….called since Monday to reserve a two Hour experience , management is terrible nobody called me back Michelle Otero horrible. Advised front desk I had been trying to call since Monday if I could have at least two hours of bowling they didn’t care since they had regulares waiting I would assume you would want to retain new business but I guess not. If I could give no stars I would , never would I recommend this place to nobody for lack of customer service Privilege not caring workers, decided to go to 808 bowling Overwhelming DIFFERENCE defiantly would recommend over this place any day. Not to bee bias night an day service …I hope they getting better management since such beautiful decor just terrible management.
