Yesterday was the second time I have used Carmen’s in the past 4 months. I have used them for 2 large meals catered for 2 different Groups. From the moment I placed the orders they were on top of it. Daniel called both times to confirm and make sure the order was correct. Delivery was on time and easy to use. The food is fantastic and I have now been privileged to introduce 30+ people to your business. Carmen’s is my new go to caterer!!
We have nothing but great things to say about Carmen's Catering. The food was absolutely phoenomenal, and their online ordering was straight-forward and only took about 5 mins to place a catering order about 100 people. Their taco bar was a hit at our annual Trunk or Treat; carne asada, carnitas, and LOTS of toppings for the tacos. Sooo good we ordered again for our Christmas party. Carmen is our go-to caterer now!
The customer service is amazing. It’s always the same guy helping you, he’s very polite and answers questions without getting annoyed so that’s nice. However, the actual food was alright. When first observing the meal I thought it looked great plus I loved the chimis and tacos because they were fried. Except the tamales, enchiladas, rice and beans. They really let me down. They just had no salt or any type of spice. The sauce especially was really bland and I was serving the food for our Christmas party. It was disappointing because there was 60 people eating and every single one was using tapatio or red hot I have available in our break room. I paid for extra sauces but they went unused. It’s really sad because I had high expectations for this place due to the reviews.So 3 stars for the customer service and website being great but lost 2 for missing the seasoning and Chile needed when eating Mexican food :(
Carmen’s catering is the best Mexican food in Arizona. I recently ordered 4 dozen tamales for my family for the holidays so we didn’t have to make them ourselves. Safe to say I will be ordering tamales yearly from Carmen’s. Everything we ordered from Carmen’s was absolutely delicious and I wish I ordered more. Delivery went smoothly with everything piping hot when arrived. We also received everything we could need for catering such as plates, utensils, napkins, chips, etc. Looking forward to our next event so we can try everything on the menu, 10 STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!
Carmen‘s Catering is what your next party and/or family night needs! My whole family devoured everything that we got. Seriously better than a restaurant meal and we got to eat it all in the comfort of our own home! I’m a firm believer that you can judge just how good Mexican food is not only by the tacos (which these were phenomenal) but by the rice and beans too and Carmen’s was deliciously full of flavor. Would recommend you trying ASAP! PS: Don’t forget to get churros for dessert!
Fantastic catering!! Definitely will be ordering again. We tried the tacos and chimis and they are absolutely delicious! Oh and the salsa and guacamole, I wish I had those recipes. I wish I could give more then 5 stars, I’ve already recommended them and will keep doing so! Love Carmen’s!
We had Carmen’s for a work event and they are PHENOMENAL!!! Their mini chimis are to die for!!! The chicken tacos were a huge hit, so flavorful and delicious! The salsa blows all the other salsas out of the water! Better than any big chain restaurant HANDS DOWN! The staff is super friendly and responsive. I highly recommend Carmen’s for all your catering needs
Online ordering was a breeze. We did the two protein build-your-own taco bar. It was amazing. Carmen’s brought it all…awesome food. Proteins, fresh tortillas, all the condiments you could imagine salsas, pico, guac, sour cream, and more! They even provided serving utensils, plates, napkins…We literally needed nothing additional. Everyone at our Party was amazed and took pictures of the flyer to use at their own events. Thanks Carmen’s for taking great of us!
We sampled the tamales box, guacamole and chips to decide if we would place a larger order for Christmas Eve. The food is absolutely one of the best ever Mexican food we have had over the years. Amanda was so very helpful, professional and pleasant to work with on all of my questions. Great warm food delivered and super nice customer service employees! We are all set for our holiday tamales this year!
Carmen’s catered a small get together at our home and everything we ordered was a hit! We had their delicious cheese tamales, green chicken tamales, mini churis, churros with chocolate, chips, salsa and guacamole. Several guests took home leftovers and Carmen’s menu! We will definitely order again!
