Food was good. The help because what I’m critiquing, not friendly didn’t smile didn’t say hello no smile no personality. Made a mistake on the order. The floor by the drinks Fountain was filthy. The tables were mounting up with trays of empty food bowls. I noticed that there wasn’t any customers at one point for at least five minutes and all the employees were standing around visiting with each other and nobody came to clean off the tables at all. There must’ve been Tanner 12 tables that had leftover lunches on them and nobody bothered to clean them off about 140. This is about 1:45 PM. The manager needs to be sucked. It needs to be managed much better than that. I like the food but I don’t think we’re gonna come back. We’ve been coming for years. Too many other places in this area to eat lunch don’t have to be put up with unfriendly people and tables that are full of dirty dishes.
My salad was fantastic as always, but the kids mac-n-cheese was horrific. It was like oily cheese soup. I tried stirring it, warming it up, nothing helped. Definitely avoid.
The food was good. Lemonade machines were down due to a part that was on order.
Wow this location is really not being taken care of. We came in on a Friday evening around 7:30. There was no rush, only 2 tables had people eating and there was no line. Yet the whole place was filthy like they left all the cleaning to the end of the day. The tables had not been wiped down at all. The ice dispenser had something gross-looking coming out of it, who knows when it was last serviced ?I ordered the southwest protein bowl. The pork did not taste right. After a couple bites, I almost threw up. What a waste for a $12 meal.
We arrived at 11:15 am for lunch, with only one person in front of us. We waited a long time for a sandwich and 2 bowls of soup. Workers seemed focused on the takeout orders. Despite many workers, they seemed disorganized and line did not move. For what we got, it wasn't worth the price nor the wait. Probably won't return. Same options as Panerai. Nothing special.
Loved their Soups and chocolate strawberries are my favorite....one must definitely try this .... initially I don't like soups but after been here soups are my favorite..
The food is good here at least. I ordered take out yesterday and it was 20 minutes late from the expected time to pickup. Other people were being helped before starting my order. I kept asking every 5 minutes when my food would be done. The manager said he was training a new hire and it was taking longer my food. 20 minutes late, there is a reason I did take out I was in a hurry! It would have been faster to wait in line. How their setup is going down line and repeating yourself is a joke too. They should just have one teammate follow you down the line, as another helps the next customer.
Had to update my review after my recent visit. Seems like they have a lot of new staff, so things aren't quite right at the moment. Both my own and my partner's salads were wrong or missing ingredients, their tea dispenser just had water in it, and there was a general sense of mess behind the counter (Spills, knocked over cheesecake, disorderly stacks of ingredients).I hope they return to their fantastic selves in a couple weeks, because this is my favorite lunch place!
One of my favorite lunch places I love their soups and sandwiches. I never had a problem with staff before because I usually order pick ups. Last time I did a curbside pickup because it was raining and I was sick and I waited over 20 minutes in my car before I decided to go inside and to be fair they were super busy but that one employee was being who didn't ignoring people who wanted to ask about their owners! She put my order on a side and finished like 4 other orders then she decided to call someone else to take it out. She didn't give me a chance when I tried to tell her that I'm here for my order no need to take it out so U had to stop the other girl on her way out to tell her that's my order you don't have to go outside. It was a very disappointing experience I'm not sure if I will order from that location again even though I loved it and it was very convenient to get my lunch from there since it's very close to where I work.
Great soup and salad Cafe. The food is always fresh and they have a good variety. I love the creamed chicken and rice soup.
