it was a little bit of a wait but food was pretty tasty it was more expensive then it usually is but all prices went up so it's ok but especially the kids menu went up but other then that it was good.
I took my three kids here for dinner one night. The wait time was changed multiple times and ended up being near 45 mins when originally quoted 20. Not a problem. It happens. However our server was terrible. It took a good 15 mins to get our drink order in and even longer for the food order. The lady taking our food acted like she hated her job and didn’t want to be there. I assumed maybe she was having a bad day and tried to be patient. But we literally had to hunt her down for everything. Even when we were missing half our order. Each time it was met with the same bad attitude. Not once we’re we offered a refill. Towards the end of the meal she brought a refill out for myself and two out of the three kids. I asked for a refill for the lemonade, I was told it doesn’t have free refills. I explained she should have mentioned that and brought out the regular size drink instead of the small child’s size. Regardless though I was willing to pay for it. She proceeds to tell me that my kid is a small child so she just assumed he needed a little kids cup. Now my son is 9, close in age with all of his siblings who she brought regular size cups for. Obviously her attitude upset not only me but my son because he’s being called a small child and he started to cry in the middle of dinner. Not once did she apologize or even bother to go get the refill that I said I would pay for. Just talked away. I asked for a manager from another server and the manager was equally as bad. No apology, nothing as my kid is crying at the table. She said she would go get a refill for him but never returned. I finally had another server bring me the bill and we left. I submitted a complaint and all they said was sorry for the inconvenience. If your attitude is that poor and you obviously don’t want to be at work then you shouldn’t be serving customers.
Normally, I don’t write reviews, but I’ve been here twice, table was dirty and wet. Serviced food with no silverware and to get up and ask for it. Both times fries were cold, wings were also cold and not enough sauce, boneless wings were like rubber and salad literally tasted like wet dirt. Hostess/servers not very friendly. Beer was good, not a place to go for food.
Servers are non-existent and failed to come to get an order before I called for them after 15 mins of sitting down. Not even for a drink order. Failed to give me the right drink. I don't know how they mixed up Diet Pepsi for a Dr Pepper. They just continue to chatting amongst themselves instead of serving. The place wasn't even packed. Literally no idea what the manager is doing to fix this. Experience poor service multiple times at this location now.
Great service and pet friendly patio
Small wraps. Boneless wings were good. One person ordered wings as a meal so those came first he was almost done eating when everyone else got their food! Waitress knew it wasn't an appetizer. Not great service..took too long to get the check.
Love BW², our meal was good and served in a timely manner, but if I'm honest this location has gone down hill. When I went to was my hands before eating I felt dirtier coming out. The bath room was a wreck the soap dispensers were both broken and the paper towels were empty. Tables were left dirty for 5-10 minutes after guests left with a 30 min wait to be seated. It felt like management had kinda given up and left the monkeys to run the zoo.I worked in a restaurant in high-school for 4 years I don't leave reviews like this lightly or often.
I always enjoy this location. It was game night so the place is super busy. For 2 an hour and half wait time. It seems that the wait times on game night as well as not a game night the wait for food is getting longer. We order to go and one of the host was very good with us providing options to wait at bar. She made the Nighy better while we waited 40 minutes for a to go order
We came in at 2:50pm Sat. March 25th. small crowd of about 15+ people. Did not get service till 3pm and ordered our food. It took 20mins for the food to come out. No one asked if the food was okay or if we needed anything else. Saw employees gathered in the corner chatting the whole time. Manager did not care for the situation.
Take out/delivery is horrible from this location. 2nd and last time we do this. We ordered $50 worth of food and most of it we ended up throwing away. I ordered the chicken sandwich and burger with no mayo. See pic below of chicken sandwich it was drowned in mayo The burger was so badly slothered with mayo and grease the bottom bun disintegrated. The fried pickles barely had any batter on them and they were soggy and disgusting. The only thing that we ate were the fries and the cheese curds. Spend your money somewhere else.
