Management has decided to force customers to use there QR Code ordering system to place food orders inside the restaurant. For security reasons, I refuse to use this cashless system and will no longer patronage the business.

Service was very slow.Sandwich was sloppy. Bun was so wet, couldn't finish. Our waiter was very kind and a great fella. Just service was so slow. Was not checked on for atleast 20 minutes, and we were doing our best to check out and go.Wings took very long to get out, while the food was handed to our table at unbalanced times. Where half of us got out food and the other half got it 25 min later. If it was that busy, the young waitresses up front doing to-go orders could of stepped in. Will not be back.

My sister and I received horrible service at the Metro Center location. Someone that wasn’t my waiter brought my food but not my sisters and also didn’t bring the wings we ordered. Finally after about five minutes I managed to waste my way down and let him know he Left and came back with a chicken wings but still not my sisters food. By now I have realized that the table that wwere seated after us with four people Had already received their food. Then the waiter came back again and said it would be a couple more minutes is they were waiting for her fries which I don’t understand because I have fries too so why were they not cooked at the same time? I had ordered a cheeseburger and she had a buffalo chicken wrap. Proceeded to wait a few more minutes while I noticed a bunch of employees standing around at front not doing anything but socializing. Meanwhile my food was sitting there getting cold and my sister still didn’t have hers. At this point I was Extremely unhappy we decided to leave I let the staff know what happened and said goodbye. I will never return. This was my first trip to Buffalo wild wings and it will be my last. I understand that some locations are better than others but it has soured me on the whole company. I Need to stick with a restaurant that has adults working there’ll. Also I forgot to add that when we were seated we were seated at a booth that had a big crack in the seat even though there was many other booths available why would they use a seat that has a crack in it. I am 58 and my sister is 51 and special needs. I hope there’s no age discrimination going on here because they sure gave service to the young customers.

So in Montana Buffalo Wild Wings is always a go to spot with great food. When moving here I have been craving the Buffalo Mac but held off due to reviews! Today I decided to finally try it and even made sure to order at a slow time so there would be no reason for poor quality!Unfortunately poor quality was all it was. I ordered it to go and work 1 mile from the location got there and it wasn’t ready. When I got the food and instantly got to my work it was cold and looked like they reheated it! The chicken was multiple colors and like rubber picture makes it look better then it was! The Mac and cheese was so gross and the pretzels look like someone’s finger went through them when picking them up! Absolutely disgusting!All the bad reviews are correct! Sad to see such a well known company putting out such terrible food at this location. I called and spoke with a manager and asked for a refund. She said she will get it processed but we will see. Still a huge inconvenience of my time and lunch.

The last two times I have been in it has felt like they were understaffed. The waiters and waitresses were all nice, but you don't see them often enough because they're always running around to try to accommodate for the lack of staff. The food has been taking longer too which makes me think the kitchen is short too. The wings are pretty good still. Last night I tried the mozzarella sticks. They were good, but nothing special. Usually I get the deep fried pickles and those are really good. If they could beef up their service I would probably go in more often, but one of the reasons to go into a restaurant to eat is for the service. I can watch TV and get my own drinks at home.

From the start it was terrible service. Called in advance to reserve a table through the phone so we won't have to wait there. They said they don't do that. Great. Got there and had to wait 30 minutes. Ordered food within 10 minutes of getting seated. We ordered two sodas and the server only brought one and 10-15 minutes later she brought the other. Who does that ? We waited about 30 minutes after that and she brought one plate. No fork or utensils to start eating. Waited for our other plate and nothing. Food was getting cold and no utensils to start eating. She came by to ask if we had ordered a specific plate that was not ours not once but twice and she was doing that to other customers. She just didn't know what she was doing or where the plates went to. An hour and 15 minutes had passed since we ordered and nothing. We decided to leave, got up and the server passed us and didn't even say a single word to us which was completely rude and notified front desk staff that we were not paying for the food that we had not touched. Last time I'm going to that store.

These were the driest wings I've EVER had in my life! Couldn't get any meat of the dry bones.I asked for them extra wet. And they had barely any mild sauce at all. I'm glad I only used a gift card, cuz I'll never use my hard earn cash on that food. ?

I haven't eaten at BWW in over a year and I wanted to give feedback to my first experience back.. Just to put the following into context I am a 25year Food & Beverage professional in the Phoenix area. We were a 4top sat in the bar area, the server was very attentive and greeted us immediately. He was a younger African American whom I did not get his name. I asked if you were serving on draft the 4 peaks Jow Bus WOW beer and he said no I'm pretty sure we do not have that... I looked over at the paddles and saw the logo and asked him to double check for me... he walked away and came back with "Yes Sir" we do have it.. So the first issue is that if you are going to park a server in the bar area he should at the very least know what beers are on draft at that location .The biggest issue I have is that we ordered 2 orders of Tacos and 2 orders of 15pc Wings.. the Tacos came out pretty quick, I was expecting to see the wings right behind them but the wings took 10 minutes longer to come out... Since the tacos were for the two ladies and the wings were for the guys the ladies waited 10minutes until the wings arrived and by this time they were cold at the table. then we went to eat and found the wings that were just brought to the table were all cold... not even warm but cold...  we ate a few... that was it.I proceeded to call the server over to bring my concerns to his attention and he said... "I know, this is just the way our manager wants the food run" If the tacos come up first we are supposed to run them to the table and then bring the rest as it comes up... I said that if you have a 4 top then all the food should be brought together.. he did not know why our wings were brought to the table cold..He brought the checks (We split the check) and we paid and left...I wanted someone to know about this... with the presence that BWW has, they should be training their staff on the basics which this location failed at completely.Thank you

Nightmare, took all my family for dinner 1/09/2022 to this location and because there was no tables available inside we agreed to dinner outside. We placed our orders with the new app, time went by it was about 45 minutes after and no drinks nothing had been served to us, we had to go see what was going on with our food 3 times so finally we started receiving the food and another disappointment food was cold fries were very burn it seemed like the food was not served after it was cooked . Orders got all messed up waitress had to ask who order this and this and to completely ruin the night my wife never got her food . Very dissatisfied with this place I normally pay up front with tip and everything to get a good service this was not the case here . Manager came over to do a refund he never did even after speaking with him on the phone. Owner needs to pay more attention to this type of service.

Placed a pickup order. Said it would be ready at 430pm. Showed up on time and didnt get the order until 450pm. Excuse was "its football sunday we are busy". That is my problem how? YOU gave the pickup time knowing it was busy and I had to suffer for that like i am less important because I'm not there watching football? Then you forgot one of my bags and an employee had to chase me down in the parking lot to give me my bag. I get home and what do you know, my order is COMPLETELY WRONG! Absolute disgrace of an establishment and how its ran. Employees need re trained and operating procedures need re evaluated to deal with time management due to capacity situations. I'd give zero stars if it was an option.
