Great food. Good service. Run out or Raspberry lemonade early in day.

Irritating AF. Whenever i call, they neverrr answer their phone. Their customer service for getting orders right has alot to be desired. Fo to the one on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd on the SE corner off the 101 in Scottsdale. Huuuge difference.

I went in to the Boston on 236 east bell road, and when I got there was no one in the restaurant. The representative advised that they don't have any chicken ready. The chicken won't be ready for another 45 minutes. I decided to wait but place my order so, all I would have to do is grab and go. My order cost me $22.25. While I was paying for my food, another customer came in and another rep/Mgr under the id number AAAJEKSSACCA advised to the customer that the chicken won't be ready for 45, but advised that there was meatloaf. I left the restaurant and sat in my car, and waiting for the chicken to be ready. While waiting people kept coming and leaving right away due to there being no chicken ready. I went back into the Boston market about 7:11/ 7:15. The chicken was just coming the oven and being cut. I tried to asked one of the rep if i could asked a question, but she just stated I'm dealing with the drive through, that rep/Mgr AAAJEKSSSCCS is dealing with the front. So when all the other orders were taking from the customers that came in after me, then rep/Mgr AAAJEKSSSCCS came over. I asked, how come I had to wait after everyone order was taking when I paid for my food at 640am, I was just waiting outside. Her answer was you had to wait in line. After that she was very rude, to me as a customer and I asked for a refund. I kept asking for my money and advising that she doesn't have good customer service. To refund my money I put my card in the card machine. When the receipt came out of the machine she snatches the receipt from the machine and hand it to me in a very rude way. Instead of refunding my money she charges again $22.25 and she let's me leave the store after she charges me. So all together i was charged $44.50. I get in my car go half way down the block, pulled over and looked at the receipt and notice she charged me again. When I went and enter the store she stated can I help you. I stated you charged me again. Now you owe me 44.25. The rep/Mgr AAAJEKSSSCCS was very rude stating she was going to call the cops. I stated I just want my money back so I can leave the store. That rep/Mgr AAAJEKSSSCCS is very racist, and tried to double charge me for items that I waited and paid for 45 minutes. She needs more training. I will not got back to that store again.

This tiny little Cornish Game Hen looking chicken is supposed to be enough to feed a family of three ??? yikes I'll avoid this place in the future

So I bought the XL Family meal. Three big rotisserie chicken. 6 large sides. Well out of all that food I bought which was $60 should not have been worth the $60. Large sides came in small size containers. How am I suppose to feed a large family with small bowls of sides. Two of the three rotisserie chicken were over cooked and dry. I was not impressed. Staff were kind and polite. But the XL family meal was not XL family meal.

This company allows their hourly paid employees to keep the tips for catering orders from drivers for doordash who make 30 cents a mile driving in their own car to deliver the order. Just saying?

The food was great; it's nice to have a quick meal that isn't deep fried. The brownie was good, too, but I don't think I'll be paying $3 for it again.

I paid for extra sides that I didn't receive. The (whole) chicken wasn't cut at all. The meatloaf was cold and had so much gristle and congealed grease I couldn't eat it. I won't be returning.

Today Boston Market celebrated its birthday with $3.60 chickens. Kudos to the manager who staffed this location with its most experienced crew. It was very crowded, but they handled things seamlessly. Customers in line were told right away when they had to go down to one chicken per person limit instead of the two advertised. When they ran out of chicken customers were immediately notified, so they didn't waste their time and line. Very efficient.

Ordered a rib meal through DoorDash. Was told by the DoorDash driver that they were out of ribs. Spoke to the manager directly who said they were preparing more and it would be 20 minutes. An hour and a half later we get a call from DoorDash saying they canceled the order. If this was the first time we had issues with Boston Market, I wouldn't be posting this, but this is a recurring theme of horrible customer service and total incompetence. Amazing that they stay in business.
