I'm not going to give this store 1 star just because I'm upset with the company. They always give great customer service and I love the manager.Boston Market, you should have advertised that you were getting rid of the ribs. You send an email for everything else. I went in there today to discover that you're no longer serving ribs. I didn't purchase anything.
Im a Door Dasher and came into pick up an order and was told im not allowed to ise the bathroom as im not a paying customer!!! Im here at the request of a paying customer who pays even more to eat your food and im told since I didnt spend the $$$ im NOT the customer... I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE TO EAT OR DOOR DASH...

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FOOD AT BOSTON MARKET!!! The ONLY negative thing I have to say about Boston Market is you need more stores in the valley most importantly in the WEST valley like Surprise, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Buckeye, Peoria. We will eat here more often if we're not required to drive 20 miles to get our food.
The young lady that took my order was very kind and pleasant, however the food was horrible, the meatloaf was dry, my chicken noodle soup tasted like it had been reheated and the broth was thick and chunky,I’m upset that I wasted hard working money on such cruddy food. ??
Boston Market is excellent. I traveled all the way to Phoenix, AZ from Las Vegas, NV to get Boston for Thanksgiving. It's to honor my deceased mother...Boston Market was her favorite restaurant. Excellent food and the employees are great.
Went there lastnight to get a turkey dinner. 5 people were there to take the orders of all the people in line. So very pleasant and all orders were filled up to me and a few people behind me. Always a pleasure when I go there. Register had to reboot but no one panicked or got impatient. Great job.
I got the meatloaf. It was ok. Mash potatoes were good. The pot pie was ok as well. Thx.
The staff was really friendly. That was the only positive thing that I can say about this Boston Market location.When ordering they were out of most of the sides. Taste was bland at best.The restaurant it self was not very clean.The soft drink dispenser was disgusting.I had to ask for a key and be escorted to the restroom that appeared to be clean but the smell of sewage was unbearable.Boston Marked has been struggling lately but this location hit a new low.
This Boston Market is nice and at the time this comment was made, it was also staffed with friendly employees.
