I went to go get some boba and there was this guy and he kept on yelling at me and my dad and he was very rude we payed with a coupon and he gave us a dirty look when we pulled it out and me and my dad drank the boba and gave some to my mom and the next day we all got sick and I have a very bad cold. NEVER COMING BACK!
I love the donuts here, but I ask for a dozen and only receive 11. I realized it when I got home. I ask the lady and she said I already had the dozen. Really disappointed!
Good sandwiches, donuts and coffee, but you will have to repeat your order 10 times because they will read it back to you multiple times the wrong way, this happens every time I go no matter who is taking my order. And just when you think they have it after repeating it at the speaker, you pull up to the window and they go over it again and it's wrong all over again.
The only problem I have this Bosa is that they always get my drink wrong. I ask for root beer and they give me dr. pepper.
I’m giving 1 star, doesn’t even deserve that! Do not order here the girls that work here are rude. My son asked for a strawberry which taste like pepto bismo we asked for an exchange and was told no! Good thing I didn’t leave a tip and will be canceling the charges on my credit card. The front door does not say no exchange or no refunds.
This used to be my favorite donut shop but I won’t be coming back. When I got home I realized my dozen donuts were only 11 she shorted me a boston crème donut. Also one of my 2 buttermilk donuts where days old and stale. Plus they raised prices and it’s over 14$ for a dozen donuts, that’s over 1$ a donut and I had missing items and stale food. I’ll go Dunkin’ Donuts before coming back here y’all lost my business.
I ordered 3 smoothies and a dozen donuts, smoothies were great but, unfortunately when I was putting smoothies in the car, I placed the box of donuts on my car hood, to put the smoothies in. I had to go back in the store for another smoothie, when I came out, someone had taken my donuts off my car... I was so sad ? ?
My daughter loves the teas here with boba !!! Friendly staff too :) , we always hit up the drive through
Great doughnuts always fresh. I enjoy the cinnamon rolls the best. sometimes there a little smaller then other days.
Fresh donuts even in the evening. Great variety of donuts and drinks. Fast and friendly service. Place was very clean as well
