.... seriously everytime I buy a boba here the flavors are not consistent. The latest one I got was so bland, no sweetness or flavor. Before I got one where it has too much sugar. Get it right pls... $15+ charge doesn't justify your bland boba.
Terrible, they left it open with no one running, we saw someone, we went, the guy said 20 min restocking, not even a sign people leaving the line, should leave a sign at least
They close an hour earlier than what they say on google.
The team puts a hand made sign that they are closed for 30 minutes and stay closed for over an hour.
Love there ice coffee with Regular Boba.. everything good.. Only bad part there always out of Regular Boba.. As for everything else very good drinks Good customer service.

They have a shortage on Gobi and therefore it has been twice i do not exactly get what I wanted
They are always out of traditional tapioca pearls and the workers are never at the front desk.

Great place, but was really bummed when we came here at 4:30 pm (open times) and they were closed down and no one was around to serve us and others standing in line...
