If they mess up your delivery order the only option you have is to come in (if I could I would have ordered take-out) or try to get a refund. The only way to get someone live on the phone is to press the pickup option to let them know you are there. Customer service is the lowest I’ve seen in this space. Be prepared for a disaster if you order delivery and they get it wrong. It’s clear that they don’t really care about taking care of the customer.
Not a fan.I usually order pizza so we have enough for dinner and then a couple days snacking. So we bought a large and small pizza, neither of us could barely choke a whole piece down. I thought perhaps we ordered a gluten free crust or something because of the texture. The crust was chewy and limp like microwaved bread. Both pizzas were visually unappealing and the taste matched what they looked like - Gross!Any chain would be better. Frozen pizza would be better.Fun friday night wasting $40 on garbage.
I picked up a pizza last night and took it home, after eating almost all of the pizza I bit down on a shard of glass.I spit out the pizza I had in my mouth and discovered more pieces of glass.I immediately called the store and informed them. I was offered a refund, which is grossly undermining the incident.I asked for a manager to call me , no one did.I am horrified to think that other people may have been injured by the glass as well as myself and NO ONE at Blaze seems to care!!This is a serious matter, a lady was there with a small child right before me, all I can think about is what if the child had glass in his pizza. I can never trust that my food is safe to eat after this experience or that I'm a loyal customer to a company who doesn't care about my well being or the well being of it customers!!!!! Unbelievable....
I was taking my daughter for a nice lunch. The machine to make the regular crust was broken. They offered to make the pizza on the premium crust with the premium price. They would not honor the regular crust price since it was their fault and not mine. Mandatory $2.50 upgrade , I don't feel as a customer we should have to pay an upgrade when it's their fault.

What used to be a pretty decent Blaze Pizza now makes horrible pizzas. It's clear they're trying to avoid increasing their prices due to inflation by passing it on through more limited use of... well, everything. I've almost always ordered the same pizza every time: 11" cheese with red onions. My last two orders I couldn't even spot the onions, and the pizza was mostly red because of how little cheese they used. It's a shame, but this Blaze Pizza (and all others if they're following suit) are no longer worth the money.

Pizza was horrible. Raw ingredients on top and burnt bottom. Hadto throw away after 2 bites.
I absolutely loved this place!! There was a bit of a wait and they didn't ask what kind of crust we wanted, but I LOVED the food. And the other line cooks were great!
Love that you can get as many toppings as you want. Crust is a little floppy but sauce and overall taste are good. Great options for vegans, even vegan "cheese and meats" plus lots of veggies. Website didn't say if there was dine in or not and phone # on website has no option to speak to anyone. They did have dine in and the employee cleaned off a table for us as they were all dirty. It was kinda late and not that many people in the restaurant so that was nice. Nice variety of fountain drinks, the usual ones, natural sodas, and juice blends.
