One of the best restaurants I've ever been too. Everything was so flavorful, you want to savor every bite. Wait staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Can't wait to go back!
Chef Victoria is the best! We sat at the sushi bar and she picked out several nigiri for us that we'd never tried. She was spot on and the flavors were amazing!
The food here was delicious! You know the type of delicious where you don't want to eat it so fast and kind of cherish the flavor. It was that good. The Chilean sea bass was perfectly cooked with the nice sear on the outside, and the tuna cut roll was one of the best rolls I've ever had. I'll definitely be coming back to this place. The whole staff were polite and attentive, especially our server/bartender.....she definitely made our dining experience that much better with her recommendations.
Very nice restaurant: good ambience, nice cocktails, good service, and terrific food. All the dishes are made fresh to order and the flavors work well together.
For the price point of the food, I expected better service.I did not feel comfortable there. Right away the hostess did a poor job of greeting us. Then, the waiter made my experience there displeasing. The way I would describe his energy; it was his first day on the job and he was still learning how to interact with his guests. He was nervous, anxious, and hyper. Now if it was his first day, I am typically understanding of new hires, but not at a restaurant with your prices. My recommendation is to give your staff more training on service and hospitality. From an outside perspective, the restaurant is well lit and beautifully decorated, but the staff took away from the ambience of the restaurant.Edit: I dropped it to one star, because management never responded.
Racially profiled, Italians and Hispanics are not welcomed here. I previously made a complaint using social media tagging the restaurant account. But when the restaurant management staff got in contact with me they assumed I spoke Spanish, because of my Latin language origin name. The management staff tried interacting with me in Spanish instead of English which is extremely offensive. When I got to the restaurant for my dinner reservation using Opentable me and my guest were ignored by the hostess as she attended a random walk-in behind me. Then when the hostess did seat us to the she was not wearing work appropriate attire. She was wearing a shawl cardigan with loose sleeve cuffs with frilly tassels, so as she situated us she waved her wrist over open candle flame and scared me and my guest of possible fire hazard. Then the waiter did not card ID my dinner guest for alcohol which is a red flag for a new restaurant. Especially since the Biltmore Fashion Park complex is a huge high school hangout. Then the waiter asked if we had any questions about food within 10 seconds of giving us dinner menus. Then the waiter missed one of our food items, and I was already feeling unwelcomed so I didn’t want to tell waiter he missed a food item. Then we felt rushed to leave after they picked up our entree items.
Love, love, love! We would always go to Biltmore Fashion Park for shopping and enjoy their excellent restaurant selection. We thought they were missing an Asian concept, and BAM! The beautiful Japanese-American Obon Bisutoro popped up.Upon arrival, General Manager Frances greeted us with a big smile and made us feel so welcome into the newly constructed space. The decor is upscale but not stuffy, and the staff was so friendly! Our waitress Taylor was so helpful and knowledgeable with the menu items and gave great recommendations. We ordered the following:- Yuzu Yellowtail Crudo- Garlic Fried Chicken- Spicy Garlic Noodles with Northern Chinese spices, black vinegar, cucumber, and blanched yu choy- Steak Rice Bowl with the prime skirt, fresh wasabi, egg yolk, caramelized onion, and enoki.- Lobster Roll and Whitefish Roll- Espresso Martini- Black Velvet CakeAll of our choices were delicious! Chef Paulo knows how to curate a menu, which shows in this concept. Please go check it out and give support to this new locally owned restaurant!
The food and drinks were delicious. The servers are friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back soon.
They spent huge money on the buildout, I’m guessing and the atmosphere shows that. The execution on food was amazing, everything was really well done. Best tuna nigiri I have had…well that and buck and rider
Awesome drinks and the food was even better. Staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommend
