I used to enjoy the biryani at this place. The quality has dropped. The service is rude and uncaring. To make matters worse, the owner let other people dine in and refused us from sitting.One time my friend got upset with this behavior and told them it was unfair.The next time I went there, the owner told me that I am responsible for my friend being upset.The owner was arrogant and insulting. At that point I told him I will never come there again.Luckily, I have discovered many places in the neighborhood that are cleaner (you should see how they keep their rest rooms and that will speakfor the hygiene of this place!)I left with a bad feeling and would not want anyone else being insulted like that.Good bye Biryani and Bites… hello pleasant eating!
This is place is very nice and the customer service is the best i would say here ! So im a person who have not wrote Any reviews before but what i saw in the store today making me write this one , I went to pick my food today there was medical professional standing in front of me once he took the order the person who came from inside (i think manager) spoke with him saying last time you came you were all very rude to my staff she felt very bad and cried please be nice and it would be appreciated the person who was standing in front of me started to argue about business and started saying customer is GOD i was like really man is there people still like this mindset meanwhile the manager calmly said sir please treat others like how you would be like to be treated ! He calmly maintained the state and the other person walked away omg what a scene i witnessed there , the patience and calm handling the manager did i was shocked please be kind and be happy to all ! This is my first review and I hope this one i used to support for the best team and restaurant i come to ! Thank you all !
We have recently ordered Laddus and kara for our family function. We never had such tasty Laddus before and all our guests liked them very much. Laddus were fresh and extremely delicious and kara was equally the best. Staff was courteous, polite and absolutely wonderful.
We ordered special paneer parata (i don’t remember the name), it is weekend special! It is absolutely amazing and filling as well, the taste & quality have been consistent always here which is hard to find for Indian Restaurants, would definitely recommend ?
This place is the best in the valley, been ordering almost every week. My favorite is Andra Tawa fish fry and any Tandoor chicken mostly the specials like Desi chicken, Chicken Alfahim, Chicken etc.. This weekend in mothers day special had the Green chenna kurma with Chapati was great.

Had worst experience...i have order just one chicken biryani on phone and it took almost 1 hour to prepare. first of all ordering on phone does not start your order(money matters).. it just get placed in queue... when you reach to pick your order (means order confirmation) that time (in my case i reached after 40 minutes after placing call) your order preparation start and then keep on waiting. (tip - if you want to prioritize your order then you should speak in their native language that may help to prioritize). so service perspective.. worst experience.. then quality of biryani.. i think they forget to mix ingredients.. colorful rice , chicken piece and masala... i thought I should have eat colorful rice with Dal... masala (which was small in quantity) with Chapati and chicken as side dish.. this extra ordinary experience make my visit as last visit to this place.. waste of time, money
Best Indian food in Phoenix. Speciality in Chicken and goat dum briyani. Recently Tasted their weekend special Thalapakati Chicken briyani and Chicken fried rice both were amazing!!Hari takes care of catering orders, if we give the count, he will help us in finalizing the menu as well. He is awesome! Your guests will appreciate the food for sure.
After moving to the N PHX area almost 2 years ago, I came across Biryani & Bites which has quickly become my favorite Indian restaurant here in Phoenix. I like to try something new ever time I order from them, but my favorite is their Tandoori Chicken Tikka Kabobs. The menu is quite extensive so I expect it will take my some time to try many more of their delicious foods.
