Got a single scoop on sugar cone and there was barely any ice cream. The ice cream was soft and airy, so in the end it was barely half a scoop. That was a waste of $.
The service was quick and friendly, the spot is very large and includes outdoor seating, there is a wide variety of ice creams and ice cream cakes to pick from, and there are even dairy free options. I had the cookie dough, and it was delicious.
I would put 0 stars, the reason was that yesterday Saturday, November 20 at 4.30 pm, I picked up a birthday cake from my daughter, oreo Ice cream cookie, my cake only had one cookie sandwich, in its original photo it has 6, as you will understand It is ridiculous, I talked to the manager of this store and I made stupid excuses, honestly this store has a manager of the worst, it does not know how to treat customers, it is rude, it is honestly not prepared to handle this type of business, unpresentable.
The amazing gentleman opened a brand new “wild & wreckin” (unsure, grandson says) sherbet for us!! Deeply grateful for the kindness & im sorry I didn’t get his name!!! Super friendly!!!
Great customer service but no sugar free ice cream
This place is a classic taste of Americana! They easily have the best ice cream around and their signature pralines and cream is amazing. Their ice cream cakes make any party special. They even have oat milk ice cream for those who need dairy free. It’s nice that they also have gluten free options.
Lots of great flavors, really nice staff, and decent prices. I got a non dairy ice cream that was also gluten friendly, and it tasted great!

Why isn't this the Baskin-Robbins closest to my house? **sob** On a more serious note the family loves the ice cream at Baskin-Robbins. This location is clean, spacious and has indoor and outdoor seating. Super friendly service! Love the kpop playing over the speaker system! Like the first sentence says... wish this was the closest store to us.
They charge a dollar PER topping!! They literally charged me a whole dollar to put a single cherry on top of my ice cream!! I didn't even ask for a cherry!! My two scoops of ice cream cost me ten dollars!! This place is ridiculous and extremely sketchy!
