Dirty, get a better quality ice cream if you buy the Frys brand, over priced also
Wanted a nice cool snack with a waffle cone but when I got there No Cones at all . How are going to be a ice cream shop with no cones just wow?

I was so much wanting to have some Baskin Robbins ice cream that I took off work and drove miles to get to this location Feb 11 2022 12:30 pm. Unfortunately neither of the two folks working the counter ( a young man and a lady ) could understand English enough to take my order so I ended up getting some organic blueberries on the way home..
Place was extremely filthy ice cream melted all over the counters, I ordered the chocolate fudge and it was melted and I told the kid to not give me the melted ice cream did anyway, it was a very small serving and it was also added in a birthday strawberry scoop with sugar cone and he charged for the cone when its included.very small skimpy scoop and a very bad attitude by the server as if I was annoying him, I would like this replaced also the ice cream did not taste fresh oh, I'm tired of the incompetency experiencing in the city of Phoenix and its workers when they're paid so well! Receipt 2969 8:12 p.m. Sunday February 6th. I will be contacting the corporate because I had a bad experience when this was supposed to be enjoyable never have I had an experience like this at 31 flavors.
Called to see if they finally had“winter white chocolate” yet ? they did. = )))I zoomed up there and got some. it is so so good. Taste like chocolate covered cherries. haven’t had in years. the two stores by my house closed up years ago, Indian School area. the lady seemed very nice on the phone and in person. took home a quart and ate the whole thing New Year’s Eve. it was off the hook. this place is an A+ all the way.
I ordered a birthday cake for my oldest son's 11th birthday and it was absolutely beautiful and tasted freaking delicious! Thank you so much for making his day special!
