Not sure what the problem is with this location. Been here 4 times and every time there is a problem. Between having to scream at the intercom because it's broken, to receiving a smaller drink than ordered and without the add-ons yet being charged full price even after the representative at the window confirms the order. Bahama Buck's is amazing but don't come to this location!
Loved all the different sizes available! The baby size is perfect! Enough to get a taste but not too much. So many flavor options.

If you aren't a regular, the menu can be a bit overwhelming. There are many flavor and style options and they use their own terminology for the different combinations and sizes which adds to the confusion. This place can get very busy so they aren't terribly patient with waiting for you to decide. The end product will likely be very tasty no matter what you end up with, I am just saying to study up before you get to the counter.
Absolutely fantastic shaved ice. There are a ton of flavors, and you can make your own or choose one of their specialties. They also have a ton of topping that you can add.
Was our first time visiting and it was delicious. The kids all loved theirs and my husband was very happy with his Avalanche size shaved ice ??
Edit: I have been coming here since they first went in and I am disappointed that I will not be coming back. I feel unsafe with staff wearing a mask and hiding your face. Additionally, staff take payments and then keep wearing their same gloves? Give customer service and show a smile. THE BEST DANG DRINK IN THE WORLD. They also give you more stamps if it’s colder out, which is a nice incentive. They also took the stamp card virtual so you no longer need to remember it, as long as you scan the QR on the receipt
Great place always, soft ice with delicious flavors, not sure which is my favorite, they have to many to choose from.
