This place is delicious. The food is great quality and has good size portions. I've been here 2 times and have forgotten to take photos because I just want to jump in and devour my food. Maybe the 3rd time I'll be able to grab photos for everyone to see. The food does not have you feeling heavy when you leave.
Searching for a good Italian restaurant on a biz trip. Really cozy setting, just like a trattoria would be. Super friendly staff, Max was nice enough to say hello and welcome. Caesar was perfect, meatballs were really excellent with great red sauce. Veal and mushrooms was good balance of meat, sauce, veggies and penne and very flavorful. Wine was not some skimpy measured pour. Will def be back next trip for exclusive red sauce meal!
Arrivederci Trattoria is a hidden gem in Phoenix. It offers a variety of fresh pasta and homemade sauces. They also have a large wine menu where you can buy bottles of wine or just by the glass. Arrivederci Trattoria doesn’t offer a lot of space and often their is a wait. I’d recommend calling and reserving a table. They also have a place to sit at their big bar. Staff were super friendly, fast and fun. There was a strange odor in the back room and restrooms. Other than that the food was absolutely delicious and staff were so nice. They do have live music most nights so be sure to sit across from the bar to see it.
The food was excellent...again! The ambiance is great! Our daughter was visiting from CA, she loves Italian food and what better place to take her...she loved it!Our server on the other hand, was not so good. We had to keep flagging her down, it was impossible to get a refill on our water. After we lol 00 told her we wanted to order drinks from the bar, she walked away and didn't come back! After a while, we had to flag her down again! Then at the end, we were charged for something we didn't order and she says how did that get there? Really??? The only time she was attentive was when she brought us our check. Unfortunately the 4 stars does not include our service.
They have very good menu choices. The restaurant was very noisy especially for people with adjustable hearing aids. The place was busy but not slammed. Service was quite slow. We spent one hour upon arrival before we received our food.
Fantastic food. Was very busy on our visit, but everything was great. This is not a fast food restaurant, so if you expect to eat and dash quickly, this is not your place.
Amazing! The meatball appetizer was fantastic. We requested the mild marinara sauce and the firm and meaty meatballs shined through and were perfectly complimented by the marinara sauce. Although it is not on the menu, try the chicken marsala. It is the best that I have ever had and my wife's favorite! She orders it every time! The cioppino is awesome - full of a variety of seafood and fresh fish in a very nice and mild, not too spicy, garlic marinara sauce (you must ask for the mild marinara sauce). The fettuccine alfredo is smooth and creamy without being too rich or cheesy. I added shrimp and the shrimp were large, succulent and sweet. We ordered a lasagna to go. It is a Monday night special, but the restaurant has just one left and we bought it! Meaty and sweet, it is a must try! We also ordered a tiramisu dessert to go. It is a great dessert to take home and enjoy.
They just renovated and it has a new cool vibe. Now all the young adults will want to Happy Hour there!! Lol. The food is just the best. I highly recommend it to anyone new to the area who is looking for a great restaurant and I recommend it to those of you who have lived here for a long time but thought it was outdated. You’ll love the new look!
So good vodka sauce is amazing the lamb shank was out of this world will definitely return and if you are looking for amazing authentic Italian food this is it
I'm not that happy to have to report an update because I left a very good review last year. The food just isn't that great. Bland and tastes a bit old. Got the clam and muscle appetizer.. it was small bland and sad. Ordered the penne Alla vodka and it taste like Jared sauce. I can make a better sauce but who wants to cook on a Friday night? Va bene down the street is a lot better.
