Took my dad, my Son and his girl out to eat. Had a wonderful time. Can't remember the waitress name but she was wonderful. We had to make our order so complicated and the waitress didn't miss a beat. Wish I could remember her name. I wanna say it was Brittany but not sure. Good atmosphere, great food. Will b back.
The hostess (Jodace) I'm sure i spelt that incorrectly. But yeah was very attentive and without a doubt management material. Ensured that my order was accurate as ordered. Great teamwork all around. Steak was Well prepared but the broccoli needed a bit of cheese. the fries were on point though!!
Wait, staff is amazing. The back of the house is horrible, it takes forever to get your food. We went twice in one week. The first time we went, it took almost an hour and a half to get our food. We went tonight and it took almost an hour, and all we got was an appetizer, and my wife got some kind of protein bowl. It is horrible how the back of the house is making these poor waitresses look.
I never leave bad reviews, but the experience here was all around terrible. The bigger man who appears to be a manager of some kind was extremely rude to my friend and made passive aggressive remarks towards her when she had accidentally brought in her water bottle??? On top of that, our waitress had no menu knowledge at all and could not answer any of our questions about drinks. Drinks were not strong and when we complained we were told “that’s just how it is”. Our waitress didn’t even bring plates or silverware for our appetizers. We will not be back!!!!
Today was my last visit to Applebee's. This location has ruined my desire to ever return. The food was not cooked properly. The server made me feel like I was a bother to her. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I ordered the famous riblets. The consistency was as if the reheated the frozen package in the microwave and poured on some bbq sauce, and when I asked for a little more bbq sauce they charged me extra. The fried shrimp was straight out of the freezer as well. They don't cook here they reheat your meals. So the server was a lady who wore a shower cap and couldn't stand up on her own and chose to lay her titts on my table while she stared off into nothing as I requested my order. Had to interrupt her conversation with her friends at the bar to get a refill of tea. Folks save your time and money and go somewhere else who care to cook and take care of you.
I was here 2 years ago with someone of my best Friends and again in to start off 2022. The food is, well typical fast food. This time I had a new item but wasn’t too impressed with the pasta, but the chicken was ?? crispy and smackalishous.
I love some Applebee's but today was a bad experience! The baby back ribs were over cooked and had very little meat on them so I gave them back and had a burger. Maybe I'll have better luck next time.
The food was ok. It wasn't great but it was warm and edible. Like a decent frozen TV dinner. The service was mediocre. Our server was dressed sloppy, did the bare minimum and took so long to acknowledge us. Again, there was nothing great but it was bearable.
Showed up here after work on a Friday evening. Met with a group of 8 to 10 coworkers. Ordered a couple of drinks. Friends ordered food. Service was excellent! Quick and reasonably priced. I'd recommend this joint to anyone who asked. We had lots of fun before leaving to hit the bars that night. Thanks goes to the awesome staff.
