This Place is Awesome.I love their NY Pizza Style. We have been Buying Pizza since two years already.so we move to the East Valley and we drove from almost Scottsdale to west Camelback for this delicious Pizza.Almost like NY Pizza that we miss so much.Friendly Staff. And yes we will continue.
Came here after picking up my daughter from Alhambra High School, It was my 2 children (9 and 14) and my dog Max. I didn't realize until I got there that I would not be able to dine in due to my pet. I asked if it was possible to have a table taken outside for us to eat and they were more than acomodating to us. EXCELLENT service, amazing wings nice and crispy just like I asked for and pizza was top notch like always. They loved Max, played with him and even was courteous enough to bring him water. We loved this place before but now we love it even more after their kind gesture. Definitely recommend ??
First time eating here and it was delicious. I had the roast beef, mushrooms and cheese sub but next time I order it I think I will add lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. By itself it was great I just need to add more veggies to my eating habits.
The service was terrible. Im sure they don’t like so called black ppl. I order an extra large pizza they cut it wrong. I didn’t want the pizza and the Mexican cook refused to sale me the rest of my order. He snatch the bag back and said he not selling me anything.Worst experience fasho. Don’t spend money here
Pizza is pretty good. Asked for wings extra crispy and they were! Skin on wings was shatteringly crispy and wings were a good size. Had eaten there before and thought they had good pizza so took my daughter to introduce her to it since she goes to GCU and it is right around the corner. She liked it and recommended it to her friends the next time they got pizza as she does not like the on-campus pizza option at all and refuses to order it.
I have been a long time customer of this pizza place since the 1990s. Became friends with the original owner Jim. He was the nicest man, caring, kind and compassionate. He helped me when I couldn't help myself. I remained steadfast by continuing to eat here even after his passing (may He still RIP). I brought my out of town guests here to eat and every bite that was eaten was delicious ? to our palate. One of the staff took our order and treated us like royalty. We appreciated the details and the extra care we received as we dined here. The comments from my friends ... "the best cheese I ever tasted" ... "the crust is so delicious" ... "I am so full but I can't stop eating." To me it made me proud to bring my friends and family. I was thrilled that everything tasted so good. Thank you ? for your service. I would have had more pictures but apparently we were too hungry. We ordered 3 minis (cheese, pepperoni, half beef and mushrooms and half ham and pineapple), dinner salad for 2 (but it fed 4 people), 26 wings (BBQ and Hot), and a hot sub with chicken parmesan. All amazing!!!
We ordered and within 20 minutes we got our pizza! Unfortunately next door, we had to wait almost an hour for our drinks and our pizza got cold. BUT, THIS PIZZA IS ABSOLUTELY KILLER even cold. It's buttery and absolutely delicious. 10/10 we will be coming back again!!
New spot same great pizza. Been going to this place since I was a kid and now I bring my kids. The pizza and vibe are always awesome here.
I've never been here before, a friend of mine told me about this place and I had to try it out. I swear that they take a whole entire baguette ? cut the tips off of both ends and make you a sandwich out of it. I'm being serious this sandwich is so huge. This place blows subway outta the water ?! I couldn't finish the whole thing.
I haven't been to Angie and Jimmies for years due to both myself and their business having to relocate. I can tell you this however. Jimmie remembers his customers and he makes it well known that he appreciates the business we bring. The pizza is delicious. Mom and pop shops like this need more customers to help them stay afloat in tough times like these. The place looks a bit run down but dont let that discourage you from trying them out. The food is great and everyone is treated like family. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Jimmie. I hope to be in the neighborhood again real soon. You know I'll be stopping by again any chance I get.
