Always a great experience for dinner, drinks, or both! Food is always delicious. Service is always top notch even thou they are always very busy. They have the best local craft beers, ipa, ale, and ciders on tap. They offer a take home 32 ounce can of any of the drinks they have on tap. They make the best homemade pop tarts. The flavor changes every week but they always taste great. I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner, drinks, and pop tarts!
I loved the relaxed atmosphere of Angel’s Trumpet. I’ve met friends here several times just for drinks so I haven’t had the opportunity to try their food yet but I’ve heard it’s great. I had seen on their menu that they offer a house made pop tart (with rotating flavors monthly) and stopped in to get one (to-go). I’m so glad I did because it was delicious! The staff are always very friendly and make the experience even better.
This is the best fish tacos I've ever had and the churchhill grilled cheese was the best grilled cheese my wife has ever had. The coleslaw was average with the fish, but I don't really like coleslaw, so not sure if my opinion counts. We sat on the patio and enjoyed a beer and food. The staff was friendly and the place was clean.
Always great beer options and food is always delicious! Bonus.. Dog friendly patio!
Super fun spot. Great staff. Lots of beer options. Good food! We will definitely be back.
Really great food. I ordered a bbq grilled cheese and my girlfriend got a pizza. Prices were reasonable...this really should be a 5 star review. But I ordered fries with my sandwich and they didn't have ketchup. I've been to hipster places before where they make their own, but they always have your typical heinz ketchup in back. This place didn't. And it's not like I'm some sort of ketchup purist or someone who drowns their fries. Their homemade stuff was unique, like a mixture of shrimp cocktail sauce and a V8. I just didn't like it at all. You should still eat here. Just don't order fries as your side unless you like to eat them without ketchup.
Great spot with lots of beer selection and impressive food menu. I ordered The Matador...a sliced brisket sandwich with grueyer cheese, peppers, and a mild horseradish sauce on the side. It was excellent. Even more surprisingly impressive was the Cole slaw. Made with the typical slaw components of cabbage and carrots, the addition of dried cranberries and a sweet vinegar sauce was a great change of pace on slaw.
Hidden gem! Angels Ale House had spectacular food and beer, and the topper is the staff. After a great evening I accidentally left a meaningful t-shirt I received as a gift at this establishment. I thought it was lost but they found it after a few days, kept it, and called me back to let me know it was safety stored and that I could pick it up anytime. Good people- you should check this out for sure.
Went on a Sunday afternoon. They have pitcher deals on some beers for $9. They have a big selection of beers and wines. The food was really good too. There were 4 of us and we had the fish tacos which were outstanding, battered and not greasy, a veggie burger which was a large homemade patty, seasoned really well. The double royal burger and the smoked brisket sandwich both were tasty. Their fries are crisp and seasoned well with some skin on. Service was also good.
Found this place randomly in google. I love how chill the vibe is and my server was great! The other servers were cool as well they acknowledge you. I've had the nachos and tbh i hate refried beans. But with theirs, i ate it all! I love how tender the pork was and their patio is dog friendly. The rotating tap is also a huge thing for me and having beer flights gives you an overview of what you might like or not. Will come back here!! This gastropub has the good vibes and good food so i was sold!
