I absolutely love Whataburger! Favorite burger place there is because it's not a small Burger. However they can keep that blue cheeseburger and take it off their menu LOL.The best burger there is, is a Whataburger!!!
The burgers were good and so were the fries. That's all we tried but we would go back to try something else. The burgers didn't taste overly processed so that was good!
Coming here in the morning really sucks there’s these specific employees, Angelique was on her name tag and brittni on the receipt they keep trying to add stuff onto peoples orders without them being aware. I’ve had multiple issues now and I’m about to stop coming to this location because of this/these terrible employee(s). I’ve never seen such bad customer service plus the food has often been cold and the quality for sure has went down.
My first time there. Great service, nice clean and modern place. Had the burger with chile and fries. All great! We'll come back!
I purchased a whataburger with cheese and bacon. $7.38The burger was dry and flavor less could barely see the patty. Incredibly disappointed.Whataburger used to be a qood quality place. Seems like things have changed.With so many options on fast food.Whataburger better step there game up.
Always delicious. They forgot to give me my salad, but that happens sometimes. Did curbside pickup so I wouldn't have to get out of my pj's.
We went to whataburger on 43rd Ave and bell Rd north east corner. It was 9pm and I made a bet to my friend that we were not going to be able to order shakes! As soon as we pulled up I asked for two large strawberry shakes with extra strawberry syrup. Before I could finish the female worker said, "I'm sorry, our shake machine I down you won't be able to order that!" I told you so, I said..they always say that the machine is down at this time of night. LIES, LIES, LIES! THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO MAKE IT FOR US BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE TO CLEAN IT AGAIN AND I BET IT WAS RIGHT BEFORE THEIR SHIFT ENDED....IM GOING TO CALL CORPORATE OFFICE AND COMPLAIN!
The cashier really made my day with a smile and greating me asking me how my day was going.Her name is Nariah.Promptly took my order and brought my food out and asked wear I was going to sit.As always burgers here are huge and awesome.Interesting I watched other cashier's never smile, just order takers.Great to see a young person enjoy a job and make customers feel welcome.From an old Navy Submariner.
Both my hubby's fries and my onion rings looked and tasted like they were marinated in oil. The burger patty was room temperature the cheese didn't show signs of melting. I returned my burger. The manager made me a fresh warm cheese sort of melting burger.
Food regularly has to be remade because its cold by the time they bring it out. Always missing something in the order. The employees and manager are completely over trying to do a good job, how do you forget fries in a meal?? Never receive an apology, its my fault for bothering them. May be time to shut this location down. Its doing more harm than good to the Whataburger name.
