Love this place and the workers are great! It can get a little busy here sometimes. My food was hot and fresh! No complaints!

The food tastes fine but these are 2 of the exact same chicken sandwiches that I ordered with entirely different amounts of lettuce.

Wendy's has always been our go-to place. However now there isn't one real close to our house. We went to this one on Friday as a special treat. The food's always delicious and they are known for their French fries.

I went to Wendy’s with my mom to go get dinner instead of a hamburger they gave us a spicy chicken sandwich we did not order a chicken sandwich I don’t trust fast food employees anymore

Every time we choose this location there seems to be a problem. EVERY time. One time they were bothered by the fact that they got 4 mobile orders in quick succession (they were all small orders - one was for a frosty keytag, so, nothing to cook or fix). I know they were small because they all came from my house - three people, each paying for their own food- and I know they were bothered because they kept talking about it instead of talking to the customers at the counter. The next time we went (only 1 order because we didn't want to bother them again) they left never showed our order as ready for pickup, I had to ask them if it was ready and when they found it the fries were cold and part of the order was missing. Guess I need to find another location.

These people don't deserve more money for the job they do. The drive thru girl with coffin nails obviously pays more attention to her manicure instead of her customers' orders. She actually got frustrated at me for getting several parts of my ONE order wrong! Barely any fries in the box, and no, the fries are not any better now. I can't believe how entitled the youth of America is becoming. Avoid this location.

You got all 5 meals perfect to our order. Hot & delicious. Staff inside was great & patient. We only get to visit here 2x year - when back in town to visit family. Thank you for being there. You made a choice to go to work & it’s appreciate from this family! Good job ! ?

Yesterday my wife and I dined in. On our way out we decided we wanted Frosty's and got back in line. While in line I noticed only one employee wearing gloves. Someone was placing raw bacon on the cooking tray with no gloves. The cashier who made our Frosty's stuck his fingers in our cups as he was separating them with no gloves. I've worked in fast food. You can separate them without touching the inside. My wife and I have had upset digestive systems ever since. When I order delivery I almost always have to go back to have them fix something or make something that was left out.I love Wendy's. But this one needs some new management or training or something. Cleanliness should be even more important during a pandemic.

I went through the drive thru this morning 1/27/22, there was a slight mistake made. I went back through and the cashier was very nice about it had the issue taken care of by the time I got to the window. A plus for her service. The food was hot and Fresh. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

My order of 5 different meals was completely messed up and of what we did get was cold. I called was told I had to come into the store for a refund when I came in the "general manager" told me everyone I spoke to the night before doesn't work here and there is nothing he could do. I was missing 4 items from my order and 2 burgers made completely wrong. Drinks weren't correct and I am told there is nothing they can do. Complete joke. Over 44 in food and 1 thing is correct.
