I've had a really good time at this coffee bean. I used to work as a barista and I miss making my own drinks. They've always been very patient with me and my sometimes silly requests. Most of the time Katie was there to take my order and she's helped me figure out what I want to get several times. This is a great coffee shop. I'm able to come in sit down and get loads of work done.
I stopped by this location today and really enjoyed it!! All the staff were super sweet. The manager was super helpful. Will be coming back soon:) Thank you Katie and team!
If I could rate 0 stars on this location I most definitely would. The manager Katie in the evenings is extremely rude and disrespectful. She has no consideration for customers and is very bad at customer service. I do not recommend this location if you want to be proud with the drink you purchase
Friendly people. Very clean. Good coffee ☕️.The shop and attached patio faces west. So in the afternoon the sun ? shines straight in, especially the patio. Too hot ?, no protection from the heat.
Love your tea, but the other day I ordered an apple fritter and it had been cross contaminated with cherry syrup or something of the like, this gave me a minor allergic reaction. You guys need to be more careful about cross contamination, seriously. It only took two bites to give me a reaction in less than 5 minutes, I'm highly allergic to cherries. I've never had a problem like this over the year I've been going here, but now I'm just turned off from ordering any food from you guys. I'll still drink the tea but I can't trust your sweets and treats anymore. Be more careful when handling food, if I'd been really hungry, I would've had the whole thing down in less than 5 minutes and I probably would have ended up in the hospital since I can't afford an epi pen.
Great as always! I missed having their white chocolate mochas being from California, they had coffee beans everywhere, I live in Flagstaff, they don't have one here but when I'm in town, I make sure to visit. Do not buy their K cups French dark roast, they were disappointing.
The atmosphere is really chill here, if you’re a tiny study group looking for good drinks and an intimate place to get together, then this is it.
Honestly, it was just okay having visited other coffee shops such as cabin coffee , daily drip and several others I must say that Cabin Cafe is still my favorite then come Daily Drip. The catchers were very nice as well.
BLEND YOUR ICE BLENDED COFFEES BETTER!!!! Sick of having my straw constantly clogged with ice when I'm trying to drink it, makes it nearly impossible. Loved coming here, not anymore. Black Rock Coffee is 100% better. They actually BLEND their coffees.
This has to be a franchise. This location is terrible but mainly because there is a guy there who I think is the manager who runs the place like he hate the customers. I feel like he might do something to my drink because he seems so full of anger. I refuse to go here anymore.
