I have been coming here for years and haven’t ever had a bad experience. 6 bugs had crawled from underneath the table during our meal. The bugs I can forgive, I just wanted to get out of there. Our server however, purposely avoided us to the point where three other servers and a manger wanted to help us find our server. The manager even had to check us out after 15 minutes or so with bugs underneath various cups and plates on our table. The manager was very respectful and helpful through our situation. To my knowledge none of the other servers were having as bad of a night as ours. The bugs I can forgive, the customer service skills or lack thereof from our waitress was unforgivable. I wish I knew her name, at least I’m sure management is aware.
Typically, TR has good take out, although I have always had to wait past my arranged pick up time. Tonight, the food was terrible, as evidenced by my photos. Food should not be burned beyond recognition.
Omg!! Ordered 2 16oz Sirloin Steak dinners I have no complaints at ALL. The customer service was A+. Everything was perfect. Top shelf MargaritasI always love it here when in town.
We decided to try this place out because they have online check in, so you don't have to wait there and it was a busy weekend. The service was good for how busy they were and the salads/bread pretty good. My wife's steak was very bad. I tried a few bites and couldn't chew it enough to swallow. I thought she was being dramatic when she had to spit it out into her napkin, but it was really chewy, half of it not edible. I think she got a bad cut, my son's and mine were the same and okay for the money. My 5 year old daughters chicken was undercooked, which I sent back. They put it back on the grill and brought it back out charred. She didn't like it. We were pretty disappointed in the end.

Wow! I don't know why it was so busy tonight on a Tuesday but there was a waiting list to get in. We did the call ahead seating thankfully & was promptly given a booth by a friendly staff member. Our waiter was amazing! Friendly, fast and everything was correct. Whoever they had on the grill tonight was on point! All of our steaks were cooked perfectly as ordered as well as all of the sides. The bar was just a bit behind but it was too be expected as busy as they were but we didn't mind. We left so full. Great experience. To everyone there, thank you and keep up the great work.
The restaurant was busy. Waited 30 mins but understandable. Staff were friendly. The food was delicious! I feel this is my new fav Texas roadhouse.The steak was cooked as I asked. Great atmosphere.
Excellent steak dinner loved the blue cheese dressing big chunks of blue cheese and your waitress was done of them best waitresses I have ever had. They start your off with warm rolls with a honey butter. I don't care for honey so I asked if I could get regular butter and before I could blink my waitress was back with better and my roll was still warm. We finished our rolls and they brought us another basket with out us having to ask for more. I will be going back again.
Super long wait time to get in and then get our food, but well worth it! Friendly service, great food and fun atmosphere!
