I’m very happy with the service. The restaurant and bathrooms are very clean. In addition, my 8 year old daughter was feeling very bad about herself because of a sunburn, when she got her sandwich, the girl serving us had written a little note that said “you’re pretty” on the wrapping. When my daughter saw the note, her entire face and demeanor changed from upset, to smiling and happy. It’s the little things that make such a huge impact. We will be going again.
I have always been skeptical of these open food items to only 1 side of the people who are not eating my food. I would rather they set it up so that I can put my own stuff on my sub, along with the other people eating the sub.I mean the people making it are not eating it. I am! Shouldn't we (the eaters) be the ones who care what germs are going on to our subs.What made me think this way was I seen an employee making their own sub to eat and they got all fresh toppings out for their own sub.Made me think!
Of course they have good food as always. We go there quite frequently, there is a new Girl who was very friendly, very helpful and nothing but a smile on her face. Her name is Brianna.
After working all night I passed several subways to go to this subway near my home. I did not discover how bad the sandwich tasted until I got home. The bread was definitely from last night it was hard and dry. The cookies tasted horrible as if glass was in it. I ended up returning the sandwich and gave them a tip that they need to cook fresh bread every morning and stop selling leftover food from last night
Very poor customer service. Then got food poisoning. Was feeling fine when went to eat. Are half my sandwich felt sick. Threw it away and took off to the bathroom and threw up before reaching toilet and kept on it went everywhere. I spoke to the kids working no management supposedly was working for 3 days called left number and 3rd day some supposed manager called me back. They refused to refund money cause no one else complained. Told me to go get a doctor to say food poisoning in a note and they would refund me. Yeah go see a doctor with no insurance days later when felt 100% fine after getting the food out of my system and went and worked an 11 hour shift in a restaurant even couple hours after eating here. When told the kids I got sick and someone was trying to use the bathroom they didn't care was rude and had an oh well attitude. I got mad at that point working food industry that they continued serving food and leaving it open for customers to walk in there and see the mess. That they needed to put a sign on door and close it at least. Never will return. Actually thought about applying there since close to home and have experience. Screw them.
So we've enjoyed this store several times now. As w most stores we see advertising food on TV their work product falls short of what's shown in a commercial BUT this place comes closest. Their rolls are consistently fresh, the ingredients are plentiful and they're not too skimpy w the main ingredient. The 12" sandwich is enough for 2 same day meals for me (I add some chips) but maybe not if left overnight. Fresh, tasty & correct. What else can we expect for under $10? PS You may have a short wait if you arrive at lunch time w others...
Subs are delicious don't get me wrong, iys the customer service that's a 3 star, I went in a few days ago, and then again today, to witness the same guy, not sure of his name, super curly hair though, not even acknowledge customers as they walk in, or answer them as I've heard them say hello. I myself said hello and nothing!! Please work on that and hopefully for future visits it becomes more welcoming.
Had to use the app to order my sandwich (only way to get the deal) they got it all wrong,didn't eat the sandwich till I got home ,called them up to tell them and the only thing she could say was " I didn't read the special instructions " I don't live even close to them. To get a different sandwich made.Update: Did go back and they made me my sandwiches and was very apologetic and gave me 2 cookies. Great customer service!

Good store. Friendly staff. Always tried to make sure everything is good.
