Horrible customer service. A guy in front of me had 10 sandwiches to have them make and already had 5 done. He politely told them to go ahead and take care of me because he still has 5 sandwichs left. THE EMPLOYEE TOOK IT APON HERSELF TO ANSWER FOR ME AND TOLD HIM "no he is ok". No I was NOT ok. I was on my lunch break and they waisted 15 min of the 30 i get because of that stunt. I walked out and am now going hungry back to work because of the lack of respect for the customer.

I never been inside this subway but work next door. They always have signs up that saids out of products like turkey, cheese or their oven is broken. Always has a now hiring sign up. They seem to go through Employees fast. Employees are rude and I've seen them flick off customers. In particular a blond skinny Caucasian girl who wears thick black glasses. I've seen her multiple times flick people off. Like I said I've never been inside the store but seen enough to know it's not worth my time nor anyone else's.

Don't use their app. They app charges you but the store doesn't get your order even when you get a store number with your receipt. I waited 45 minutes for my order to be delivered before calling them for them to tell me they didn't get my order, they won't make my food, they won't refund my money but I can email them a Complaint.

Im literally tired of complaining. This time, I ordered 2 wraps. We started eating the wraps to find no meat in half the wrap. They charge the price of a wrap as a footlong even though its smaller and less bread. Just as easie to make if not easier. I shouldnt be charged $12 for a wrap that small and half of it dosnt even have meet. Trying to post pictures I took. I was rushed to order from moment I walked in. I have tge receipt just not wanting to blast a person when its a bigger problem then just one subway. But they want to raise minimum wage? Cant even get good customer service.

I wish i could rate 0 stars. There were three girls all just talking to each other instead of making a customers order, none of them wore a hairnet. I watched one girl smear condiments of buffalo,avacodo and other stuff then wipe it once with her glove and proceed to cut my meatball sub with the same dirty knife.

It was just ridiculous tonight. A sad display. The blue hair girl was moving slower than humanly possible. The other guy was there but he wasn't much faster. I walked into the place with 1 person mid order and one person in front of me yet to order. The girl was working on an online order and I watcher her take over 2 minute to put lettice on one sandwich. When it was finally my turn I ordered very basic sandwiches but she was so slow that the guy who had started the order he was working on after she was done with meat and cheese, he was running into her trying to finnish. I got olive on one sandwich and Mayo on the other, no other veggies. When it was finally time to pay she over charged me. A turkey and ham is $9.59 but she did a turkey for that prise and added $3.00 for the ham. I told her she over charged me then she said it wasn't in the computer and quietly stared blanky at me. I had to ask for her to get the other guy. I told him and he said he needed a manager to refund and recharge me. I was mad because then I have to wait for almost $25 to get back to my account. I said just do it and he walked away to get the manager. Then came back and said the manager was not there and I had to wait for them to get there, apperently they were on there way. I had been there 45 minutes minimum at that point. So I said nevermind and stormed out. I don't have all night to hang out at subway for 2 sandwiches when there was almost no one in the store.

Brittany made my sandwich and she made it with love! The way she assembled it impressed me. It’s just a sandwich but she took the time to give me the best presentation possible. She did all this with a great attitude and friendly smile. It was refreshing!!

These guys are a joke horrible customer service and they will be having a visit from the health department soon. I notice 5 violation when so walked into the store. If you want horrible service and possibly sickness from subway this is your location. If not STAY AWAY

Went in at 7pm, server told be it'd be a few mins cuz she had 2 sandwiches to make. No one else was in the place. Someone from the back room told her to go ahead & help me. So she took my order but they didn't have enough meat to make me a footlong. So all i could have was a 6". As i looked around, the place was a mess. Many items were empty or nearly empty. The prep area hadn't been cleaned & was scattered with various toppings. 3 more customers came in. I don't understand why the person in the back didn't come out and help. Basically, i was very disappointed in my service.

Walked in to the two workers casually chatting before one shouted at me that they only have wheat bread. Staff used to be amazing, new crew is rude, do not reccomend, find another Subway
