Ordered 4 foot-longs for my landscaping crew; it cost me over $50 bucks!!! Never coming back again. There's a better sandwich shop down the street for much cheaper and better quality.
They hold out on the veggies and sauce.. if you expect lettuce or onions good luck!
I went in at 9 o’clock tonight and the gentleman that helped me was awesome, the only issue I had was he was left alone to run the store on his third day and was extremely stressed out. No one should be left on there own on there third day. A huge shoutout to the gentleman working he was so amazing and very forgiving for the wait, he deserve a raise or some sort of recognition!
I am giving 5 stars because of two employees, Nicole and ZahNya ( I hope I spell her name correctly). Give these two a raise and I am not saying this. They are invaluable and they deserve it. They made my experience much more enjoyable than it would've been. Give ZahNya a raise. Give Nicole a raise.OhTo the SUBWAY COMPANY: thanks for sending out bad coupons that no one can use.
I remembered my brother recommended this subway so out of my choices I came here. Delighted it went well.Chris was wonderfully patient taking my order. I had to find it in the messages in my phone as I was getting stuff for myself and my partner. It was difficult to look through for it but they were very patient and we worked together to get it done.My partner wanted a flat bread marinara meatball and pepper jack while I went with a suprise. Chris was happy making be making a surprise. A wonderful concoction of pepperoni with meatball sauce and pepper Jack cheese. I think he called it a pizza sub. ? it definitely had the taste of one.It was amazing to watch them work. Artists dancing around each other, laughing and cracking jokes. It was quite fun.Afterwards Nicole went through and chose very specific vegetables to be put in my sandwich surprise. I trusted her judgment so I said yes to every recommendation she had. I have never had ranch on a sandwich before ?I'm so glad I did, it was fantastic. It tasted delicious a mixture of bitter and tang it remind me of salt and vinegar crisps.The marinara had very specific and instructions so we've followed those through. Got the veggies needed all puffed up and good and cut into thirds. It didn't explode like I thought it would! Really happy about that.All in all, it was a great time and I can't wait to go again. With such friendly and interactive staff, you can bet I'd be back sometime in the future.Unfortunately no pictures this time. That first bite and the sandwich disappeared. ? looks like I'll have to take a pict next time. It was too yummy to resist so it was gone before I could pull out the camera.
Ok I fell for the marketing and gave it another try. Wow did their prices go up, but it's still relatively the same stuff. I still like their tuna sandwich (or whatever it is) but got a chicken bacon ranch and whatever they have done to this sandwich with this shredded chicken is disgusting. It was like chewing (though minimal required) on wet sawdust with probably a similar taste. I still love the concept though of making a sandwich the way I want it, and the place was clean and the staff was great. Just will stay away from CBR next time.
I'm not sure where all the bad reviews came from! The staff here were super nice, especially the manager. Weirdly enough, the fire alarm went off while we were in there, and they got us all outside without yelling or being rude. The employee who ushered us really kept her cool. Turns out it was a false alarm anyways, so we got to go back in and finish our sandwiches (which were great actually, better than most other subways I've been to).
Subway is subway. Cheaper then some sandwich places. But you get what you pay for. Prices are higher. With everything in this world. Place is clean. Food is okay. Staff are fairly nice. Soda machine is dirty and their lids and straw area is not stocked. And dirty every time. They clock or certain trash cans you are unable to use. So their job of taking out trash is easier. Pretty sad. Only went bc I got a gift certificate for Christmas. I would not spend my own money on it
Embarrassment for a store. It's Saturday at Noon. A busy time regardless of day of the week. Your employees have no bread. They said the white bread and the multigrain (only ones they had left) were hard and threw them away. I'm sitting here waiting 30 minutes for bread. This is a joke.
I placed a wrong order online so i called to cancel it, i spoke to a man named Bryan he has outstanding customer service and offered to fix the wrong order for me with an amazing friendly attitude , thank u so much bryan!!! u diserve a raise ? wait why was there a single meatball lol made me lol
