I have actually ordered from this store several times recently, but I cannot recommend. Out of about ten orders, three had errors which include burned / stale bread, mixed up toppings and completely forgetting the meat (seriously). I would suggest avoiding this one, or if you must, go in person to select your items to ensure accuracy. Would you book a flight with an airline that landed seven of ten planes?

Kudos to the young gentleman that took care of us. We came in around 2pm on Thursday 2/17. He was alone and swamped with customers but managed to complete the orders quickly and correctly as well as ring our order out and the wait wasn't long. Thank you to this young man working hard. 5 star for him ...4 star to the store who didn't give him help. That was a lot of work for one person to greet, take the order,make the order,bag it and ring our out and did it over and over again for each customer who were ordering multiple sandwiches.
Ordered 3 sandwiches online and 2 were wrong. Not the first time either.

They're always super friendly the ingredients are always fresh and I'm always in and out in a timely fashion
The food quality provided at this location is highly disappointing. I ordered four sandwiches from the online app December 16th 2021 and the sandwiches were absolutely terrible. All sandwiches had two slices of meat resulting in eating bread and veggies. The food was very dry and what was worse is the fact I paid $30 for this!! Even worse, I filled out the survey that was sent to me. Nick Seale from Subway emailed me back saying how sorry he was and that I would have my order replaced to make it right. I left a voicemail on the CBR provided and sent an email requesting a call back. It’s been four days; no response! Subway claims they hit the “refresh” all they did was pay more on advertisement and I see no change in food quality. Not surprised I did not hear back from Nick! I’ll see if I do now?
Excellent service. Very nice folks working in the A.M. on girl handled our orders herself. Very quick and accurate. Coke was out and they switched it immediately.Very clean as well.
Nick is amazing! He always stays so positive even when there are so many people waiting in line to order. He is courteous, patient, and understanding. He is the sole reason I will continue to purchase at this particular location. Thank you Nick for always providing exceptional customer service
