We loved this place! Our sweet waitress from N Carolina was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about gluten free options. We had the Wednesday special, Spaghetti and meatballs, gluten free pizza, salad and slice of pizza. Everything was delicious and portions were generous!
One of the aspects of GrubHub that I really enjoy is the "free" $10/month bonus when you pick the meal up vs having it delivered. This month, we realized that Streets is one of the restaurants who participate in this promotion, so a 10 minute drive found us in their parking lot awaiting the notification that our pizza was ready. And bonus, they were running a $5 off $15 promotion, so I walked out with a delicious 16" pizza for just under $12.Turns out, the Classic Margherita Pizza is full of flavor with a garlic butter brushed crust and balsamic drizzle. That's quite the collaboration, Streets of New York and GrubHub! Will you remember me, because I will remember you... next month, unless we're in the mood for a little Mexican
We ordered 2 salads. An antipasto, and a chopped Cobb. They were both great! Love how much care they put in a salad.
Usually a great meal but this time disappointed. I ordered a sub and the bread was SO toasted it fell apart. The sandwich was also salty could have been the meat. Fries were cold.
We had pizza, I found it delicious!
The Streets of New York on 91st and Union Hills sent the worst Meatball Sub to me through Door Dash and then the manager Richard tried to blame the driver from Door Dash rather than address the fact that the bread was stale, little to no sauce, no visible mozzarella cheese, fries were soggy, they forgot the side of ranch (that I paid for) and the cannoli was plain and had no toppings.. Door Dash gave me $4.83+ credit on a $34 bill… the store manager Richard (after tracking him down said he could not offer me anything- again blaming Door Dash)..I then called Corporate and left a message, they have not yet returned my call..So Very Sad that such bad service is acceptable…In the past I have eaten there many times…Now they have lost a customer of many years.. paying $34 for the worse sub sandwich ever and being told nothing can be done…Really disheartening! ☹️
We absolutely love Streets of New York. The service is always excellent and the food is amazing. We have never had anything we didn't like. My pics are of my Thin Crust Chicken Pesto Pizza with sun dried tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. Greatest pizza ever. My wife loves the Baked Ziti. Always a family favorite.
We went during a Friday lunch. Very quiet and quick service. The food was alright your typical chain style meal. I got the lunch special #1 with 4 wings. Wings were supposed to be hot and had zero heat or flavor. The sandwich was also pretty uneventful. The garlic knots and marinara were good.I ordered a cocktail and it came deconstructed and given nothing to mix it with. The waitress was nice and polite asked if we were done instead of assuming and just dropping the check off. I'm not going to go out of my way to est here, but a nice change since we were in the neighborhood.
DO USE DOOR DASH FOR YOUR ORDER! We accessed the Streets of New York web site to order a pizza for pickup. Somehow, unknown to us, Door Dash got involved. We went to the restaurant to pick up our order. They did not have a record of our order. This while we were receiving updates on when our order would be ready for pickup. We had to reorder our pizza and pay for it, after paying on-line for the order. Our credit account was charged twice for the order, I am assuming one to Door Dash and one to Streets of New York, which was great and would give a five star. We contacted Door Dash after we found their charge was processed. They indicated the event happened four days ago and any refunds were one day out of their limits. They appear to be a scam!
Stopped to get a pizza and wings to go. Service was excellent. Wings were very good. I give the thin crust pizza a 5.8 rating. Next time I'll order the hand tossed crust. It looked really tasty.
