Ordered a large pizza + wings and they charged me over the phone. My address and instructions specified that I would be working during delivery and that I wanted food left at my door. They decided to not deliver my order after I paid because they wanted me at the door for delivery. When I called to inquire about my order they said that it was my fault it wasn't delivered. They tried to fight me on my order and I got so annoyed that I hung up. I would rather be charged for my order instead of trying to resolve a simple delivery issue over the phone with this place.I guess it was my fault that I ordered from them. I could have ordered from Barro's or any other joint because honestly the pizza is better anywhere else anyway. I just wanted some quick and mid food. They were the closest and I'm disappointed that this place struggles just to deliver a simple order so I recommend any other place unless you are really hungry lol.
You’d have to do a pretty poor job to get less than a 4 star rating from me for pizza and wings, but you’ve gotta do more than just the basics to get 5 stars.
We just moved here and needed a quick bite to eat while unpacking boxes. The pepperoni pizza was delicious ?we called in the order and it was ready to be picked up in 15 minutes. Friendly staff and we’ll definitely be returning ??
The pizza is good. But the service is rude unless you are white. The way they spoke to me vs every other white person was blatant.
Stevie's is the best pizza in the West Valley. Coming from New Jersey it was hard to find pizza that reminded of the east coast, but Stevie's hits the nail on the head. We never order pizza from anywhere else and when someone comes to visit we make sure to get them Stevie's and they all agree its as close to NJ pizza as it gets!
We just went there for the first time tonight we were happily greeted my the staff there and my wife asked about the wings and we wound up getting a buffalo chicken pizza and it was by far the most delicious pizza I have ever had this is a true east coast style pizza that was freshly made and served so quickly in such a happy place we will continue going ther often as we have found the best pizza in the valley right down the street from where we live thank you ? I always loved this place, haven't been for a few months, I like thin crispy crust, and I usually asked for extra crispy. Today, I was looking forward to the same great pizza I was always used to getting. I got it and it was a thicker crust, soggy and not extra crispy or crispy at all. I noticed they were very busy with phone orders for take out, and I love that our community supports them, but I think they are missing the mark on being consistent on their quality. Very disappointed.
First time ordering delivery, definitely will tip higher next time, the employee was so friendly, and listened to our notes about not ringing the door bell. Didn't want to wake up our baby, and it's so hard to get any customer service since covid. Great job Stevies you have great employees!
We’ve been looking for a place that great New York style pizza and we finally found it. Stevie’s New York Pizza is perfect! We’ve ordered from them quite a bit since finding them. Very reasonably priced friendly staff too. I would definitely recommend this place
