1st time ever in a Starbucks and 1st time having their products. I asked for a cold non-caffeine drink and was told they only have one. It was a really good one but I thought it was strange they only had one on their menu. I also had a piece of Lemon Cake that was fabulous. The employees were very friendly and helpful to this 1st time customer. The facility was clean. I will return.

We live in the area of this Starbucks and have been coming since it opened. We mostly frequent the drive thru. The staff is very friendly. They are accurate with the orders. We have noticed that the drive thru has been getting very busy the last few years. There is a problem of people feeling entitled to cut the drive thru line when its wrapped around the building from the south entrance to the parking lot by entering the north entrance. This year apparently management decided curb the problem by blocking half the north entrance and asking patrons to use the use the south entrance for drive thru use. This morning we were in the drive thru from the south entrance and a lady that felt very entitled drove past the sign blocking the north entrance and almost took off the front end to our vehicle. We honked at them to bring attention to what she had done. We let the staff know what had happened and a tall blonde guy with glasses didn't care about what the other driver had done and told us not to honk in line because the staff inside can't hear the orders. This is a challenge to management if they really want to stop the line cutting problem, they have cameras in the back and use them to also identify the line cutters and refuse them service. It is the only fair thing to do for all the other customers that follow the drive thru protocols.

I just went to this Starbucks drive thru and it was a bad experience. My frapps were melted almost watery. My macchiato was not correct. Everytime I come to the Starbucks there's something always wrong. I shouldn't have to come home and add things to my drink to make them correct. Please stop rushing and make the drinks correct.

Very clean facility. Very sweet staff. Good black ice tea.

Ordered 12 drinks today and the service was awful. male employees failed to give me a drink carrier to hold all of my twelve HOT drinks which made it very unsafe driving back home. I also ordered 3 grande lattes and they were apparently unable to make it so, they gave me 3 drinks that were most definitely not what I asked for which I found out when I arrived home. 83rd and Thunderbird Starbucks is usually my go to place to get coffee but after this horrendous service, I will not be coming back . If I would’ve known the employees were going to completely fail to give me what I ordered, I never would have left a twelve dollar tip. Starbucks do better .

Well today I had a very time consuming work day, definitely needed my starbucks trip, Tonight I got the Trenta Pink drink with cream and strawberries, so good. I also got my favorite Latte,lately I have had to add a shot of expresso, I think because I have stumbled on to Starbucks VIA instant coffee. I will tell you if you have not tried your in for a treat. I get the French Roast which is dark strong coffee, they do make a medium difference a light one as well. Anyway, if you get the opportunity try the VIA, it's just as good as the fresh coffees.

I don’t expect much from Starbucks, I know half of the time they’ll either butcher my drink or name and I’ve accepted it. I’ve accepted it because even they mess my drink up I can figure out a way to drink it but today is just unacceptable. I asked for the caramel “drizzle” to be at the bottom of the cup instead of around the cup. I don’t know if they were being extra sweet (no pun intended) or they are unsure how much is a “drizzle” the caramel they put is out of control I can barely taste my cold brew. At least they were nice today

This location forgets to put the flavor syrup in my latte every other time I go. Usually no problems with any other Starbucks but today is the 3rd or 4th time in the last couple months I’ve had this happen. I’ve never been to another location where they forget to add the entirety of the flavor to my drink. Also, the other people who are saying the wait time for a mobile order is crazy are telling the truth. I usually put in my order and wait 10 mins to even leave to pick it up.

One of the best Starbucka out there: friendly workers who know you by name, remember how you like your coffee and make it to your taste. Love that they have outdoor space and tables

Walked in because we thought it would be quicker. Ordered ONE coffee and had to leave without a coffee or a refund 25 min later. Management- get it together. Employees were hustling but not serving large group waiting for coffees inside.
