So I was here before 8 and Antonia turned the light off and waited to tell me she was closed and ignored me for a few minutes then looked at me and told me she was closed . I told her that I was there before 8 and she ignored me and yelled at me “Yeaaah Sorrry!! we are closed!!” And turned around

If you want food for breakfast in the morning don't....ordered croissant and didn't receive it. Waited around a bit, asked if it was there out of curiosity and was ignored...left without my croissant.
I’m not surprised I had the same issues as previous reviewers, I just wish I’d saved my money.I ordered a latte with almond milk but watched her pour drip coffee with coconut milk instead of making espresso shots for it. Waste of $6 on a curdled venti that I just sat glowering at while I worked bc I didn’t have time to ask for it to be remadeThe tea I ordered was insanely watered down & I don’t know why I had to pay $5 for water with a splash of tea … and regular ice instead of light ice like I asked???Wait time was longer than it should have been & service was rude and annoyed.

I came here today at around 2:15. I went to the cashier and a woman in front of me was helped. Then the cashier ignored me like I was invisible. Then another employee came over to the cashier and was typing things in, she ignored me as well. That is the rudest thing you can do to a customer. I have worked in customer service for a very long time and they should be reprimanded. I just walked out. They definitely need to learn how to properly treat their customers.
I go to all different Starbucks and this one they just can not make the drinks correctly ever ! They taste watered down . Please coach these people it’s giving you a bad rep
Slowest..... service.....ever. It wasn't even busy! I could've drove home and walked back to the store for the amount of time it took them to make my grande carmel macchiato. Side note, asked for it stirred, wasn't stirred. Also asked for an extra shot also didn't get that. They didn't charge me for it so I left it alone I didn't want to stand there for another 20 mins. Workers there act like they don't want get there hands wet. Geez!
