This is a very busy location, with very slow service. The drive through line has almost 20+ cars every morning. Expect to wait 30 minutes in the car. The drive through line impacts the other poor businesses that share the parking lot. It is difficult to get in or out of parking lot, as the line of cars blocks the spaces. Starbucks needs to open a second nearby location, or consider a more effective way of managing the volume of consistent customers. {posting a photo of all the parking spaces that are inaccessible due to the drive through line}
This location is very inconsistent. We order the same black coffee everyday, but it is a mystery on how it will be. Some days bitter, some days warm, some days hot and perfect. For a store that built it's name on coffee, the coffee should be the star. It's sad and frustrating because it is the closest one to our home☹️
It's a 15min wait thru drive thru when full around 12noon -2pm... And when I ask for extra Sweet cream it's like I never said extra please.
This place has went way down hill in the last 4-6 months. The drive thru line has finally been resolved, which should have happened a long time ago. The staff here is incredibly nice. Everyone. The outside hasn't been maintained in at least 6 months. Weeds, dirty drive thru, windows and boards etc. They hardly ever use the screen and it has been in error mode for months. The biggest issue,,,, check you ENTIRE ORDER before you leave because this is the biggest problem here. I will update this review after I hear back from Starbucks Corp as I had to contact them because I love Starbucks.
I really like the afternoon Baristas at this location! They are so personal :) :) :) However, they are like always out of certain items - decaf, matcha, PSL when it’s that time of year.
The staff is always friendly but service can be slow sometimes. I don't think this necessarily have anything to do with the staff ability to make drinks within a reasonable time but how many staff are scheduled to work on a particular shift. If service is slow, I would take a peek inside to see what's happening and they're all busy, which leads me to believe it's the scheduling that can be improved on.
Always mess up my mobile order...... and when they do they make you feel like it was your mistake. This is my locals Starbucks and I will never go back.
