Mobile ordering was acting up, was charged 2 times due and order. Employee acknowledged it was an issue all day and canceled 2nd. Overall great experience.
i got my food n the footlong chill cheese dog had 2 old hot dogs in it. and you can tell that it was old by ripping the skin off. i’m glad this is how we give food out to people.
Drive through order came out fast and fresh, even during a slow time!
Tasted pretty good, but the service was just a little slow, and they forgot my mozzarella sticks. The taste though, once again, mostly makes up for it. I seriously doubt that the service I got was a super common occurrence, and if you have some time on your hands, but don't wanna spend $20 per person at some dine in place, it's worth it.
The last time I visited this location, I tried to order at the drive-thru. I waited 20 minutes and nobody ever asked for my order.I just kept waiting to see how long it would take. So I drove up and parked at the building. I went in and asked why they were not taking my order. Some guy said we don't have enough stuff to make orders. Then why don't you tell me that? No answer. Just smart a$$ kids who decide to quit working late at night when the mgmt is gone. I called their corporate office to make a complaint and they just acted like they didn't believe it. Now with a Culver's right across the street, with REAL service and much better food, I am amazed this Sonic location is still in business.
Great deal after 5 on Tues if order online. Half price burgers. I love their burgers. Large, juicy- just like off the home grill. Online orders also get half price drinks and slushies anytime. Love their fresh strawberry slushie!
Sad.. It was WAY over cooked, both the grilled cheese sandwich and corn dog. I had to throw it all out, was so dried out and cold.
It's not bad. I often order drinks through the app for pickup. They only rarely get it wrong.
I would not recommend working here, the head manager comes in to work high every single day, the manager also lies about being able to be flexible with the time schedule, not to mention he comes in for like 20 minutes yells we’re not moving quick enough then leaves, 2 of the managers there who IS A COUPLE just stand around and watch everybody work and is on there phones not doing nothing but making it harder on the cook, they are very rude to new employees, and kiss in the back, the only hard working professional manager there is hannah! They work you hard literally TO DEATH for nothing, the manager doesnt put anybody on the schedule for a week because he wants to work all the shifts and it makes it harder for the only couple employees that work there when it’s very busy and then the next week he puts everyone back on the schedule to the point when payday comes nobody has ANY money not even the shift manager. uh oh and don’t be a different race other than caucasian or you will definitely be treated differently. if you would like to get a first job or just wanna work somewhere but you need ACTUAL money please go to mcdonalds, jack in the box, or just work retail because this sonic will have you pulling out your nose hairs.
Great grab-n-go restaurant for a quick delicious bite. Service is fast and food is good.
