It was a normal sonic, we ordered on the app, drove up and out food was given to us. Order was correct and well made. All as it should be.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever endured at Sonic.All I wanted was a dbl. cheeseburger, chocolate shake and cheese fries.108 degrees outside, gas over 5.30 a gallon. I waited 30 minutes and still no order.They tell me to pull up. I do. Bring out a bag and ask, small sundae and milk shake?Meanwhile, about to run out if gas, heat stroke symptoms, I leave. Never got what I ordered.This place is mismanaged, misstaffed and ultimately completely dysfunctional.Somic should be shuttered.Good riddence.

The service here was not very good. I went to the drive thru to order for my kids and I only to not get the great servicer who failed to listen and get my complete order. So i pulled into one of the parking places to make my complete order i only to have to wait extra long because i complainted about the service i received in the drive thru. My food was cold and the cheese on the fries looked like it was sitting in the warmer for a while. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location, the service is a little better at the 83rd and Deer Valley location.

Did the order ahead through the app. Got 2 burger meals and 2 kids meals. One of the kids meals didn’t come with a toy (okay, no biggie), ordered sides of ranch, didn’t get them (okay, still no biggie, things happen), than took a bite of my mozzarella sticks and bit into plastic. That one, not okay. I’m just glad it was me who bit into it, and not one of kids. This isn’t the first time we have had issues, again, I get it, things happen, but I don’t think I’ve had an order correct for quite some time.

Did you know you can get half off all drinks all day by ordering thru the Sonic app?!?! Highly recommend!!

Got a Sonic Blast. While not quite as good as a Blizzard, it still gets 5 Stars. I will say the Blast does not melt as fast and is thicker than a Blizzard.

Food is usually always good. Although the last 4 times I have gone to this location I am very specific on what sauces I want and how many. I’m also willing to pay extra for them, but the last 4 times I’ve come I have received ZERO.I have been in the food industry for over 8 years, and know that fast food doesn’t take much skill to do. It’s honestly sad that I will have my order repeated back to me each time and not once has it been correct. This might be petty but what’s the point of ordering if I can’t even get what I want. You’re one mistake away from losing a customer.

Horrible service food comes out like trash they don’t even ask you what you would like on your sandwiches even if they were to ask they don’t put what you tell them what you’ve ask for!!! It seems to me almost everyone their hates their jobs!!’ because you can tell by the Quality of food they’re serving!!!! What happen sonic?even making cherry limeade right one day they’re using carbonated water and what I was taught you squeeze the lime juice on the ice with Cherry juice and sprite. They Don’t even squeeze a lime juice!!! working half fast over there!! Little things like that matter sonic had a certain way of doing things and it seems to me that they got these kids that don’t wanna work or they’re not properly training them there!!!! Go there and tell me I’m wrong!!!?

Guy in the blue shirt that worked around 8:30pm on 03/29/22 kinda tall and cute anyways he was a big help and I really appreciate the way he handle the situation with my moms app not working he should be promoted if he is not the manger great job also food tasted great

Sonic everywhere just not as good as days gone by. Chicken was dry. Tots fine. Service very good. Not a location issue but seems to be a corporate issue. Not sure if I would return for food but their desserts and specialty drinks are usually very good. 2 stars for food, which used to be much better at Sonic.
