I was out on this side of town and stopped in, and what an experience!!! It was sweltering outside, super uncomfortable and extremely humid and this young lady had a pleasant attitude grateful heart and you can see all that by her body language, her smile and her patience that she had with us. This is a fine example of someone who is grateful to have a job even in this AZ heat wave!! I can tell she was smiling under her mask because when she spoke her voice was peppy and made things that much easier. Her employer needs to know what an ASSET she is and what a fresh breath of air she is . If anyone is listening, please give #VEAHARAISE. She deserves it. This location is completely out of my way but I will make an exception for Veah. Top notch customer service ????
Food aside the teams here, both morning and night shifts have shown they have amazing customer service. Love our local sonic♥️
The app doesn't work so we asked about the deals the manager said no sorry we won't do anything for what our app offers. Nothing works. It's not even very busy and I waited for someone to answer for 14 mins when 2 cars pulled next to me and got answered. One is getting there food already and I just finally got to order. I fully understand hiring is hard times right now. And the app isn't their control but this is unreal. A manager should have overrides and can report to corporate things are being complained about. They literally told me they know about the app issues but won't do a single thing for people. Um what?! We haven't been to sonic here in 7 months for this type of things that happen. It's always SOMETHING here. Set these kids up for success and not looking like a joke.While writing this the car directly asked me about the app and my issue. She pulled in before me I guess still hasn't been helped and just left.Got my food, Christina that brought it out was sweet. That's my only positive.
The staff here is awesome, wish the location wasn't in such a bad neighborhood but it's worth my cranberry slush. They are so appreciative of tips! They overly thank us every time!
Savanah was the best car hop we have had in a long time. She greeted with a huge smile and with alot of energy. It's rare to get customer service like that! Good Job Savanah
Called just a few minutes ago to let an employee know that I found a rotten cherry in my drink. I didn’t have a terrible experience with the person I spoke with she insisted that the cherry I got was not rotten and said “it was too ripe”. Unfortunately I’ve had many bad experiences lately at this sonic and will no longer be going here. I hope something changes soon for the existing customers.
Ordered and got home and realized my shake and kids food was wrong. Called and they 'made it right' by replacing the food and shake, but when my shake was wrong again. I asked for a brownie batter shake and got a oreo shake twice. And they almost forgot food again, had to go back and grab something.
Staff was friendly, service was quick. My order was correct, hot, fresh and delicious! I was particularly fond of the pretzel and Strawberry lemonade ?

My wife ordered on-line, and I went to pick it up. When I went to their App to tell them I'm here, it kept asking me to " place an order"? I told the gentleman on the Drive Thru that we were picking up an on-line order,and he said to pull right up to the front. Alexis brought out our order, she was very nice, asked if we needed anything, and thanked us for ordering. We had an All-American Hot Dog- very good, tasty, lots of onions and mustard on it. We then had a Quarter pound Double cheeseburger- very good, cooked well, and fresh tasting . And lastly, 2 Sonic Cheeseburgers- both were very good, and prepared the way we wanted them. We had a Blue coconut slush: very refreshing and perfect on a warm day ( it was 94 degrees outside);and an iced lemonade- a bit too sweet, but also refreshing. This was good meal, and we will be coming back here again.
