Had an issue with this restaurant recently and reported it. Someone named rob n. gets back to me and comps me a free meal visit credited to my rewards. Tried using the rewards and they were denied. Complained again and Rob N. gets back to me and says to give him a few days to look into this. It’s been 10 days and get my emails ignored from him. Such horrible customer service. A few weeks ago someone named Lexi reached out to me saying they would address this. I reached out to them and they never got back to me. So now all the points I was given on my rewards have expired. And this issue is still not resolved. I hope the whole company is not really like this.

Restaurant ran by little kids that walk around with nothing on their mind and have no clue how to do their job correctly. Every time I come here there’s at least 2 things wrong with my order. For instance, my milkshake came with rotten milk today as well as onion rings looked like ground up toenails. There is at least 6 things out of stock on the menu every time I visit, so I have to get something I don’t like. Phone rang 5 times within one sitting of a meal, and the children don’t answer every time. This place has so much potential if it wasn’t ran by the people that it is ran by.

Delicious and many choices!!! I have celiac disease and was so happy to find that they offered a lettuce wrap or gluten free roll! Also, many healthy options like Turkey Burgers or Vegetarian options too! Love it! And the tots!!!

For the price of a burger these days and with increase of minimum wage you would think service would be better. Well not better but whats it is supposed to be. A simple following directions would be a must have for all employees. Too many times order wasnt assembled correctly. Putting toppings that should be removed. And removing ones that shouldn't. Service is costing more but service has gone down horribly. Its not my job to open every burger to make sure the employees followed directions that their own restaurant designed. Its actually simple to follow written directions. I wont reccomend this place unless you feel like watching the employees make your food correctly.

The food was hot and fresh. They were very busy on a Friday night. Lots of communication between kitchen and FOH staff.Wife had a Cobb salad. It was huge and a great deal. She said it was delicious

I ordered the Colorado and it was amazing. Tasted very green. The veggies were so fresh. The bun was even softer than it looked. The fries were really good and I don't usually like those type of fries. The service was great and I'm pretty sure Randy Bobandy works there, so there's that!

Burger tasted good. However my son and I got a gluten free bun and it was ice cold. Not very enjoyable. My husband’s regular bun was toasty warm. There was no one in the restaurant but us. We waited 15 mins for our burgers but no sides. Sides took another 5-7 minutes and we each got our sides at different times. My son’s milkshake was more like chocolate milk. It was so liquidy. This meal wasn’t worth the price.

Burger was ok. Fries where stale and cold and disgusting! Which didnt make since considering the girl told us it was taking so long because they were making new batch of fries My husband ordered the same burger as I which was the double smash burger and got to the table and it was a single so they didn't even get our order currect. My family will never be back to this location if this is how the food comes out.

Had lunch here with my brother, whom I hadn't seen in forever. First time to this location. Used to go to the McDowell and 99th Avenue Smashburger, which I liked, until I moved away from the area. As usual, the burger and fries were delicious, and the pricing wasn't outrageous.

The worst location I have ever ordered from. How does more than half of my online order come incorrect? Is the job that hard? It’s just fast food, not rocket science, get it right. The cooks and workers need to seriously get it together. This order was for my office Christmas lunch party and they managed to mess up the order. I understand it’s “fast food” but maybe if you wouldn’t rush so much and focus a little more to detail and customer service, then maybe you wouldn’t have to issue refunds left and right. Do better.
